It was a fun vibe with nice front desk staff. I didn't use the outdoor areas but was impressed by what was available and how nice the grounds and pool area were maintained.

The "amenity" charge. I guess this is because you give out a "free" bottle of water when a guest arrives, but I'd rather just purchase that for what a bottle of water actually costs. Having $15 randomly added to the bill means that the rate quoted on Booking.com is not accurate. Hidden costs, like "parking" or "amenities" is a deceptive practice. I really liked your motel and all the efforts that went into giving it a different feel than the run-of-the-mill locations. Please drop the "amentities" - it was a bummer to see that after having such a good impression of your site.

The vibe of this place is great, it really makes it a gem. I have stayed here four times now and every time is consistently great. They also have EV chargers so I'm able to charge my vehicle overnight. This hotel is always my overnight stop to break up my trip from CA to NM. I always recommend this place to anyone passing through Flagstaff.

Some of the body wash and lotion bottles needed to be refilled, but I notified front desk who was super helpful. Honestly, if that's the only thing that needs to be addressed, I say this place is doing quite well :)

The rooms were comfortable, the outside area is fantastic! The free board games from the office was amazing along with the Cornhole bags.

Not necessarily the hotels fault, but if they allow dogs, there should be sections of the hotel just for pet owners. The dog in the room next to us kept barking at in the middle of the night and waking us up.

AC unit was struggling. Room 125. No matter the wall setting it never got any lower than 76. Tolerable but a bit stuffy/uncomfortable with high 80s outside.

This trip was for my Mom's 77th birthday. She loved everything her favorite color is orange. She also danced with the disco ball This place is just the cutest.

Loved the decor and the outside seating area with the fire pits and bands. Amenities were great! My only complaint is they only had one roll of toilet paper and one towel. You can ask for that at the front desk but thought it was odd there was not at least two rolls of toilet paper and two towels. No towel mat for showerer, either. Otherwise, fantastic stay. Loved the small cooler for the ice bucket. Very effective for keeping ice cold for long periods of time. We will go there again sometime.

Extremely thin ceiling, could not sleep last night. It was confusing to us why they would put a big family right above us when the hotel was almost half empty. We could hear all their conversations and they had very loud kids. It sounded at times like there was a war on top of us. They also woke up 5-6 in the morning and the horrible sounds continued. Because of this we didn't have much sleep that night unfortunately

The decor. It's refreshing and well done.

The carpet from the bathroom to the bedroom is coming up and I almost tripped. The deposit has not been returned yet. However, it may be because I booked with an Booking.com

I love unique hotels and heard about this one and had to check it out. As luck would have it we were already going to Sedona so we extended our stay to Flagstaff. We were greeted by two very friendly staff members at the front desk and were given waters. They explained all about the property. Our room was so cool! I mean a disco ball, come on! 😁 The room was very clean and comfortable.

Honestly my only complaint was lack of a luggage rack or a place to put our luggage. There’s ample space in the bathroom by the sink. We are too old to be bending over constantly to access our luggage! 😂

The vibe and atmosphere you’ve created are truly exceptional. The decor is stunning, and the cozy rooms paired with fantastic amenities made for an unforgettable stay. The staff were welcoming, kind, and fun, adding a personal touch to the experience. Having the Baja Mar on-site was a great convenience, and everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The welcome drink was such a pleasant surprise, and the playful attention to detail in the room made it even more special. You went above and beyond with the decor—it really made all the difference and elevated the entire experience!

Our room (#113) was unfortunately located near a storage area, which made it quite noisy in the early morning, disrupting our ability to sleep in. We could also hear people from the upstairs room talking and people using the stairs (which was located in front of our room).
