The room was very clean. The hotel is nice and the room quite comfortable despite The noisy Air conditioning system in the room

The breakfast area is insufficient for the number of guests of the hotel. We had to have breakfast standing up while other where on their knees . The swimming pool was completely full with not availability of chair or sun bed. The HVAC system in the room was very noisy. Every time it was switching on the noise was like a car. It is incredible that in 2024 with the available technology, somebody has thought to install an air conditioning system so obsolete like that.

Overall our visit was very nice. Rooms clean, friendly staff.

The woman working the breakfast area told several people she could not cook any more food about 15 minutes before the breakfast area closed. There were about 10 people looking for breakfast and not enough food left to feed everyone.

Great facility , well maintained , spotless, easy to get to, huge room and comfy bed with a great free breakfast. Fast and efficient check in and out. Well located , superb value for money. Would almost certainly stay again.

The Room was large , but sparsely furnished , could have done with a small table and chairs and/or a sofa-big armchair. The wastage at Breakfast was phenomenal , the food was good , diverse and lots of it , but everything was plastic or polystyrene -> plates, cups , knives, forks along with small sachets of everything from butter to jam to sauce. You couldn't have made this more climate unfriendly if you tried :-(

Friendly staff, very clean and I felt safe. I booked the room day before and didn’t have high expectations. I messaged I’d have my dogs and was worried about it being an issue when I arrived. I was messaged in the morning advising of the pet fee and the policy. When I arrived around 5pm I had no problem at check in. The employee who helped me friendly, kind and informative and I wish I got her name. She was excellent.

Nothing bad, took me a moment to find being behind hotels from the road I came in on.

Breakfast was really good with hot options, cereal and yogurt. The facilities were clean and the front desk staff were friendly. The location of the hotel made it easy to access restaurants and events.

The pool was very cold so the kids played in the hot tub and had a lot of fun in there. Luckily, there weren't any adults that wanted to get into the hot tub because it is small and would not have been relaxing with the kids. We were there the first part of June so as the weather gets warmer, the pool will warm up but it was almost too cold to swim in.

Most staff always had smiles and a helpful demeanor—great hospitality. Location is very convenient. Breakfast room setup is very nice. Enjoyed the more than decent pressure and soft water of the shower. Very important if you do Antelope Canyon tour. Laundry facility is so great to have available.

A weird thing (that I wasn’t present to see bc I was doing laundry) happened in our bathroom sink. I returned to the room to find the stopper popped out along with the blackish drain scum that builds up. This caused the bathroom & room to smell like sewage.

We were on 10 day hiking trip and stayed here for one night between our stays at Zion and Grand Canyon. There are things to see and do within a short drive (antelope canyon, horseshoe bend), some restaurants within walking distance, and a Walmart to stock up on supplies. Hot breakfast was also included which made this a great value

Location was close to main tourist destinations, restaurants and grocery stores. Very nice free ice tea in lobby. Well equipped room.

Breakfast was always too crowded without enough tables and seats to eat at in the lobby. Washing machine cycle ($2.75) was too short and left clothing smelly. Swimming pool had only two spots in the shade.

I asked for a room in the first floor because I have an autistic child that likes to skip and run a lot and didn’t want to bother people in a bellow floor and the lady didn’t hesitated to give us that accommodation, we appreciated that very much and my son was happy to skip for a few hours without us telling him not to 😃

The rooms were really clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

There was no side chair to relax in and only an office chair. There was no other place to sit except the bed. The beds were really high and short statured people and those with back issues will have a difficult time getting into the beds.
