The price was decent. Clean sheets, good room temperature. Evening front desk employees more friendly than the daytime employees.

The pool area wasn't kept well. I've come to Arizona for years and stayed in hotels and this by far had the dirtiest pool area and worst food ever. The continental breakfast was not good at all. The eggs, sausage, waffles and French toast were pretty bad. Those especially were so bad tasting I spit them out or just took a couple of bites and left the rest.

The room was clean and updated and very comfortable. This location had some issues with the hot water heater, but the front desk associate called me 24 hours prior to our stay and let us know about the issue and offered compensation. The front desk associate was very friendly and apologetic and made the stay very comfortable.

We had zero issues with our stay, one of the best in a while.

Staff was super friendly and so helpful, the night counter lady was professional and went out of her way to accommodate our family! If I remembered here same I would give her a big thumbs up from The Perry family! It was only her 3rd night working and handled a huge soccer team, a brain storming team from NAU along with having to conduct regular business! Give the lady a raise 👍 enjoyed the gym also

If I had to complain about anything it would be the room keys, kept deactivating, but had it near my phone, so I’m sure it was partially our fault 🤪

We really liked most of everything about the hotel. Staff and house keepers were friendly, especially Paula 🤗!!! We spoke with her the night before and got to interact with her the night of our arrival. She has great customer service and is very sweet. Seemed kinda shady at first but, Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Things we didn't like is that there are a lot of bums/homeless people and people as you could possibly call "working the nights on the street or in motels/hotels. That's a big turn off. We did only witness one incident in the parking lot. Some of the people that are living/staying there for long periods of time are not very appealing on self care and appearance. That alone gives the hotel a bad look. Sometimes your room key gets deactivated so make sure it's not near any credit cards or near a magnet that is possibly on your phone case.

The staff here was exceptional!! They were all so friendly and helpful! We originally booked for one night just to check it out and if we liked it we would continue our stay, if we didn't, we were going to move on. Well, we continued our stay for almost another two weeks. The breakfast was awesome every morning! We did have a slight issue with our bathtub draining, but we mentioned it to the staff and they fixed it promptly! And as an added bonus, the longer you stay the cheaper the rooms get, which was cool! All in all a great place for the value and we would definitely stay there again!!

I could see it had been renovated in the last 5 years or so. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff I encountered was very nice. The location was fantastic right off the interstate with restaurants and shops all around.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Staff was super friendly and it was nice to take a hot shower after a long day. Very quiet and the beds were really comfortable and clean.

Carpets. They really need a good steam clean. My new white socks were black from walking around on the carpet for the night. Only other complaint was lack of light, hard to see doing makeup.

It was great! The waffles were my favorite! I love that you had eggs on the third day. It switched up everyday, fruit some days, eggs and sausage. Warm and fresh!

I had cold water for the 3 day stay. No warm water at all. Luckily it was hot out

Everything! starting with the check in process, the staff was amazing & very helpful. The beds are so comfortable, the hotel & room so clean! Breakfast was delicious! We had a great experience!

Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a good size. The complimentary breakfast was a good bonus.

The beds were too hard which made it uncomfortable. the shower/tub was weird. It wasn't flat. It had a "V" feel to it which made it more slippery than a flat tub. Thank goodness for the handrails though!
