I was concerned that we might be checking in after midnight since it took a little bit to get our rental car and drive 20 minutes to the hotel. Front desk lady was very understanding, nice, and no problem checking in. The place was clean and a good place to crash for the night.

Shower curtain rod was hanging down so the curtain stayed in the middle. It looked like someone had attempted to fix it, but did not fix it correctly. Not much counter space around the sink. Small issues though. I'm not that picky.

We had one maid that was amazing, clean towels, room very clean. Extra coffee was left since my husband and like a cup of coffee in the evening.

We has another maid the last two days off our stay that didn't sweep the floor, no towels were left. We had no coffee and tables were not cleaned. The hotel is very nice , sad that you have that one person who just doesn't care.

I liked that the only way to rooms were through the lobby. No outside access. This hotel is next to the freeway so this provides safety and security. The staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. Even allowed an early check in since my stay was for a family reunion this was perfect. We liked it so well that another family member rented a room after they saw how nice my room was

Not the greatest area Didn't get to use the pool because I was too busy This place is great 👍

My wife and I found the bed to be very comfortable. The area around the hotel was very accomodating for our dog. All the staff we met were very friendly. We originally booked for 1 night but after checking out and visiting the Mayo Clinic we had to call the hotel again and ask if we could check back in again as I had to have a biopsy next day. The front desk duly obliged and checked us into the same room for 1 more night.

Too short a stay to really say but for the price and no charge for our dog we certainly will go back to the Red Roof Inn.

I lost a credit card and recovered it at front desk. My daughter and grandson came over, stayed with us at the pool area and enjoyed the afternoon. Second floor being remodeled to make it a more pleasant stay for guests.

Need more and better poolside chairs and tables. A shaded area would be wonderful.

The staff was nice. The rooms and the halls were clean. The price was right. We stood for a week and only had a small issue once.

I had to have one of the room keys done twice because I couldn't get in. Minor inconvenience. I was tired after working 13 hours but still beats drive back and forth.

Everything, stayed here last May (?) might have been Feb. or March, not sure but then like today, the front desk staff are excellent, housekeeping as well. I have my pit bull with me NOT my 10lb POODLE, she thinks she's a pit bull, Put all that aside I am an older lady alone, I feel SAFE, here, (these days ) the world we live in so sad in the USA, it's important. I will always use this hotel. if it's not broken, Don't Fix it.

Why, lie the prices, lol. Wouldn't all of us working people like to keep 20.00 in our pocket , hotel, grocery store, GAS ?????

We have stayed there previously and it served our needs well. No extra charge for having a dog. I think our room was recently finished, so it was nice.

They are remodeling so it was kind of messy around the building.

Room/bathroom appeared very clean. Comfy bed, great shower, fridge/microwave/AC unit worked. Friendly front desk attendant, coffee downstairs was hot at 6am.

The 2 hallways I traveled down to get to my room absolutely reeked of pot (not against smoking weed but it was a bit much) and the room itself had a slightly odd, not terribly pleasant odor when I walked in but it wasn’t a huge turn off. The fact that it was a hotel right off the freeway for less than $90/night? Overall it met my expectations and even exceeded my expectations in some areas .

Staff are friendly for the most-part. Some friendlier than others.

They do have cameras in the hallways and stairs which was nice and I did see a security guard walking the lot which was appreciated being a solo-female-traveler. They have 24hr coffee machines in the main entrance was totally cool. They are also pet-friendly and I stayed with my cat. Housekeeping were friendly and gave me fresh towels when asked. The parking lot does have transients so make sure to lock up your car. I would recommend parking near the front or under the lights.
