I loved the room,I paid the same price at motel 6 when I stayed last time and it didn’t have as much as the room at studio 6.Next time I travel I will definitely get another room there.Everyone I saw that was staying there was very friendly as well.Love that they allow pets,can’t stay somewhere that my pets can’t stay too.

Before I arrived they tried to charge my card when I specifically stated I will pay when I arrive.I also didn’t like that I saw cops in the parking lot when I arrived,but it didn’t stop me from staying there.

Easy access to and from freeways. While dated, the room was very clean and blissfully bug free.

My second day there, I had to go to the office for them to rekey my card. That was really annoying, as they knew how long I would be staying there 🙄. You have to request cookware, it does not come in the room as they state. Towels and bedding were not in pristine condition. I bring my own towels and bedding, so I didn't have a problem with it.

They are usually good to me. I like the early check in's. It has helped when I really needed it but I don't think i should pay for it. If the room is ready then why not just let me in it ya know.

I always have to clean my room. Never fails. It is very dirty every time i come. I really wish they'd do better and they are extemely(housekeeping) so loud.Not all housekeeping just the few I've dealt with. Sounds like they are coming through the walls. I think for the amount of times I've stayed here in the last 5 months I definitely deserve like a week or two comped. I dump serious money to stay here and I never complain. I leave my room cleaner then when I got it. Their is never all the light bulbs in the fixtures. The prices. They are way too high and especially for this establishment. However I am super greatful for them as in my time of need and worst point in my life they've been their for me.

The room was very clean! The staff is professional. The room was good size and very clean! My dog loved it here.

The washer and dryer could use an update the dryer stopped working half way through but it's Az so I let it air dry.

I always enjoy staying at the studio 6. The rooms and bed are super comfortable and kind of feels like staying in your own studio apartment. I also appreciated the fact that the front desk guy let me check in super early since I was extremely tired and fell right asleep as soon as I walked into the room.

That there's no pool

The front desk is not staffed 24 hours. I locked myself out of my room at 7:20 AM. Not their fault, but I had to wait until 8:00 AM. Fortunately, I was fully dressed and just went for a walk.

We have stayed at this location several times at this point. It's the perfect location while visiting family nearby. The staff is exceptional. We had an issue with our toilet, and maintenance arrived immediately to fix it. This stay was three nights, and on the second day after the same issue - they allowed us to move to the room next to us that had been vacated that morning. We really appreciated their immediate assistance, and we will glady return.

There is the possibility of anything going wrong in the room. What separates this property from many others is that they fix it right away. Aside from that, the area has quite a number of "homeless" people wandering around, which is happening all over Phoenix, but we never felt unsafe and there has never been a noise problem.

Clean rooms, clean property. The staff was efficient and friendly. Location is quiet. Around the corner from Fry's supermarket, Walmart is 2 exits down. Chevron is down the street.

I like the fact that most of the staff is very nice and friendly the only problem I have with the manager she is a bit Moody and a bit judgmental

I liked it because it's close to where I have to work and I also like most of the people that work there they are very helpful and friendly

The room was a kitchenette, had big bathroom, ac worked, the late night front desk agent was friendly and helpful (gave great directions)

The tub needs replaced in the room we stayed in (112), the beds weren't very comfortable, bathroom had towels no wash cloths for shower
