The good: -no carpet in the room -check in was fast and friendly -loved that breakfast was included -the attached Orient Express restaurant is really good -the bed, although noisy, was fairly comfy

What could be better -the floors weren’t swept in our room -the shower head had two settings: off and four-wild-spider-spray. Hard to rinse with that wild setting -wish we would have been told there’d be no housekeeping as we didn’t have clean towels or in room coffee after day one Btw no one was available at the desk when we checked out so I wasn’t able to discuss in person.

This is a cute and cozy place. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Props to Saul who greeted us when we checked in and made us feel welcomed and comfortable with the place right off the bat. Definitely great service, and if I'm ever in the area and need a place to stay, I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were pretty standard, but they were comfortable and were very clean. The breakfast had a decent spread, though I have to say the meats were just a tad too salty for my taste. Other than at least the eggs were good and they had a choice between fried, boiled, and scrambled eggs. I also had the ability to make my own peanut butter and jelly sandwich as well as the option for fresh waffles. Overall, a great comfortable place to stay!!

Only two real complaints, the breakfast meats were a little too salty and we needed to request the batter to be remade both mornings we were there as the waffle batter wouldn't pour even though the dispenser was full.

The Staff was CORDIAL and EMPHATETIC. The Cleaning Staff was Devoted to Their Work and Thorough. The Facility with Key Entrance ONLY Made YOU Feel SECURE and SAFE. The Morning BREAKFAST BUFFET With THE SUPERB CHINESE RESTAURANT Puts THIS ESTABLISHMENT A Step ABOVE The REST!!!! THE LOCATION and On SITE WAS RELATIVELY QUIET THROUGHOUT THE STAY!!!

Honestly, NOTHING WAVERED AT This Point. EVERYTHING Seemed to BE A STEP ABOVE THE REST, Incl. Major Hotel Chains. MAYBE, Bigger Room Options.

Everyone was friendly. The room was clean and had a fridge, microwave and a small keriag maker. The breakfast was great they had a lot of different choices and you could make your own waffles. Oh and they had fresh roses all over the corridor and cut roses placed down the main hall and the check in desk

the only complaint I would have is the shower head was awful it barely sprayed and what water did come out was going in all different directions.

Very clean room and was super value, breakfast food was great, Staff was super friendly and helpful. The adjoining restaurant was yummy and efficient. Refrigerator and microwave were awesome. Security was great. Mostly the staff was so nice and helpful!! We would stay again!!

Not enough Sugar for coffee, phone was a little dusty (understandably) found sock under bed. Shower a little difficult to use, water took awhile to warm. I still found it very good value and people were so nice!

Qualkty professoional staff and a very good brreakfast is included in the room rate. This is the third time I've stayed at Sierra Suites in the past month, so obviously my overall impression is very favorable. The rooms are well appointed, beds are very comfortable, there's plenty of hot water for showers, and the towels are actually good size and quality.

They could do a better job with basic maintenance. Twice during my three stays I've had problems with the AC controls not working properly, and this last time one of the two dryers in the small guest laundry was not working. This is probably picky, but I wish they used full size bed pillows. They have four, and they're nice and thick and generally comfortable, but they're shaped so that they're almost cubes. I'd much prefer a traditional rectangular shape, even if that means fewer plllows.

Great hotel. We've been here a few times. Beautiful architecture and decor. Great upgrades. NO CARPET! I have always hated carpet in hotels. Carpet is gross in a house, disgusting in a hotel room. Breakfast is included, and it's breakfast. Fried eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, ham, chorizo, home fries, waffles, etc...

I was disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working 😕 We moved last month and were looking forward to a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Other than that, great stay.

The staff were friendly and professional and I liked how secure the buildings were because they were gated

Breakfast buffet left a bit to be desired. Got there at 8am on a Sunday morning and most everything was gone or little left. There was gravy but no biscuits. Aweful scrambled eggs but no real eggs left. There were makeings for oatmeal but no oatmeal. When I asked the staff about getting more put out it seemed they didn't know what to do. I was told they were working on it but 20 minutes later, nothing. We went elsewhere for breakfast.

The property is very clean as are the rooms. The staff was pleasant and personable at the front desk. Breakfast is always a must at this hotel! We stayed here last year and I came back because of the breakfast.

The heater had a tendency to switch on and off all night. However, it was record lows the night I stayed. Not really a bad thing as I was very warm!

Loved the cozy front room filled with books on birds and some fun games to play. Enjoyed the morning breakfast. Staff is polite and friendly. Glad that the the fitness center is 24 hours. I work a third shift schedule and I was able to workout later in the evening. It is close to a variety of restaurants within walking distance. We came to visit Bisbee, but we also went to movie and some great meals in Sierra Vista. Cinemark theater, Indochina has wonderful food for dinner, Livia’s Coffee, Landmark Cafee for breakfast/lunch.

You could hear everything going on outside your room. Bed was harder than what I have at home, so a bit uncomfortable for my liking.
