breakfast was so great, variety on options and fresh and hot meals. delicious; the personnel very kind and paying attention about your needs and help.

The internet services had some issues during several periods, the first day we arrive we cannot join the WIFI. when we reported to desk we received a phone number to report directly with technical services, which in my opinion the personnel need to solve this situation instead the customer itself. after the 1st day everything was working well with the internet.

Spacious suite, comfortable bed, pillows, and couch. Clean and good lighting. Loved having a fridge ( and freezer), microwave. Bed was very comfortable. Really appreciated the effort to offer healthier choices at breakfast. 2% milk and no sugary cereals.

Wasn’t a problem, but the bathtub creaked quite loudly when you were showering. I understand the facility will be renovated in the near future so would recommend fixing that.

Breakfast was really good, the little ones loved having so many choices, the beds were comfortable & the room was a good size for all of us. The bathroom had new shower doors, was a big room & very clean. it looked newly remodeled.

The sleeper sofa had no sheets or blankets in the room. But, we had brought extra blankets & pillows so we were good.

Staff was excellent. Service friendly and professional. Hot breakfast was excellent Guest laundry was clean and affordable and came in handy Pet friendly and there was adequate space for walking and bathroom breaks

Carpet in hallway and room are in need of steam cleaning.

somewhat industrial neighborhood but ok for the value. A sweet worker let me in to get breakfast at 8:58 (closed at 9) but her superior yelled at her in Spanish right in front of me and berated her continually until I left. she didn’t know I speak Spanish. She said I shouldn’t have been allowed in and the worker would be punished later. That was the only rude person I saw.

The place was clean and staff was nice

Housekeeping is not its strength. Out of the three nights we stayed, the room was half made once, and when the half cleaned it, they left the door open. We were out all day, so the room was left open for many hours.

The whole property had just had a renovation, so the rooms were excellent, and the shared spaces nice and clean and modern. Altogether a great 5-day stay in November, 2024.

Not much!

Simple and wonderful, Minerva is a beautiful lady who is going to look after you and everything at breakfast time. Chris and Pam are very nice and helpful at reception. The room was clean and tidy up 👍

The employees were pretty good. My kids enjoyed the swimming area as much as we did. It was a nice quiet location as well. The rooms were spacious and clean. Parking was close to the building. Asked for towels at 11pm and they were nice enough to bring them up to us late at night. Room walls are great you could barely hear any noises coming from the other rooms. Overall stay was great way better than other hotels we have stayed at. Thank you.

We were a little upset that the blankets had some stains on them but than again it was white blankets.

I did like the idea of being able to have breakfast in the morning. Room was clean bed was fine,

Microwave did not work, Smelled like something was burning. Did report it and they were good about writing it down. Room was a lot more expensive than the last time I stayed there.
