The room and bathroom are very clean, no unpleasant smells. We chose a room on the first floor and we had a great view and access to the forest. In general, a very good hotel and service, and most importantly, the location is close to the Grand Canyon National Park. The hotel has a swimming pool, a spa area and restaurants with attractive prices and delicious food.

Very nice king suite. Plenty of linens for two. Staff at check in was very helpful in planning a couple trips into the canyon area.

Stayed one night, Nov 18th. The king suite was equipped with two heating/AC units. Neither unit seemed to be able to track a preset temp. They would run full heat, then we needed to switch it to fan only to let the space cool down. Could have been user error. We were given a room on the 2nd floor in the building adjacent to the pool. Only a few rooms were occupied that night but a family was placed right above us. We could hear stomping most of the night.

The staff was exceptionally nice and went out of their way to ensure we were having fun. The spa services were wonderful. The avocado toast in the morning was perfectly prepared. The Oasis was a lot of fun. It would be nice if it could stay open a bit longer. My husband didn't get to enjoy the area because his meetings ran up to 4:30pm. Also, keep the lazy river available at the same time as the slides. The drinks were priced a bit high. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. I like that we had an additional pool and jacuzzi outside our room. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The amenities are perfect. It would be nice if you offered transportation to and from the airport. You are missing out on additional revenue.

Check-in was very easy; sorry I cannot remember the name of the person who was so efficient. They had several people at the desk, so there was no need to wait. When checking in, I asked if there was any way I could have a room with mobility accessibility. I was upgraded to a great room with a walk-in shower. The room was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices, and parking was excellent...we could park right outside our room. I liked the fact that it is right next door to the IMAX theater. The location is great...just a few miles from the Grand Canyon.

There wasn’t an “accessible“ room available when I made my hotel reservation, so I left in the comments that I needed a ground floor room with easy accessibility for my disabled husband. That’s exactly what we got. We ended up with a lovely king suite with a large bathroom that had a seat for showering, and over size comfy chair in the bedroom, a wonderful mattress, and a relaxing lounge area. There were even outlets on both sides of the bed for charging cords and CPAP.

The front desk clerk refused to acknowledge me until I went and stood in the appropriate line for check-in, even though there was absolutely nobody else in the hotel lobby.

Got a free upgrade from a King room to a King room with a pull-out sofa when checking into the room. Location was in Tusayan (2 minutes from the entrance to Grand Canyon National Park). Small outdoor pool and jacuzzi is available, which is great for those who want to relax after a long day of hiking in the park. Staff were polite and responsive to any requests/questions.

Unfortunately, the bathroom was wheelchair accessible, which meant the floor would easily get wet when taking a shower. Apart from the hotel room rate, which was expected due to the location, the hotel, room and experience were great!

A large property with separate accommodation blocks, but with easy access from where you can park, the room was a bit dated but was very comfortable and the bed was excellent. The fridge in the room was very loud so we did have to unplug that as was too loud to ignore. After that we did sleep really well

The check in experience was average, no info given on the facilities the hotel has on offer and as we were only there for one night we did actually eat elsewhere and regretted it after realising the bar served food and this did look very cosy

We left in the morning to go to the visitor Center. When we came back to check out and get a blanket the toddler left, it was gone.. Someone had gone in the room and stripped the bed and taken her Dinosaur Blanket. It wasn't 11 am yet, so I was a little upset. I couldn't communicate with the cleaning lady. She called the front desk and gave me the phone to explain. It took a while to get the blanket back which delayed our trip into the Grand Canyon. I would recommend that the cleaning crew not enter the room until the guest check out.

Hotel was clean, staff was wonderful! The atrium was beautiful with all the plants and the spa was just what we needed to relax after hiking at the Grand Canyon! Breakfast was delicious, quick and reasonably priced!

The mattress was a little soft for our preference however we were able to sleep; the restaurant/food availability closed way too early for a Saturday evening. We would have preferred to stay in the hotel for a late dinner but only found a mexican restaurant called Bonita's open until 11 pm and the food there was just not very good and the service was even worse. We will plan for an earlier dinner in the hotel restaurant next time!

The main reason for choosing this hotel was its proximity to the Grand Canyon and the value it offered. There was a really nice spa pool, though we needed to somehow get off the main facility and then return indoors to reach the restaurant and the pool. As we stayed during the winter, it was somehow inconvenient to deal with the logistics to get to these areas, even though the hotel's interior was heated.

I would say the breakfast could have been better: the limited options didn't quite justify the price. Additionally, in comparison to other hotels I've visited in LA, I didn't feel as welcomed here, it might seem kind of subjective, but the staff approach was not as friendly as other hotels I've been to during that week. As for the room, there was a couple of issues: the coffee machine was not working properly and there was a small gap between the door and the threshold that made it easy for the cold outdoor air to seep into the room. Consequently, we needed to keep the noisy heater on all night.
