Good location, friendly staff, breakfast was decent eggs were cooked as ordered any way you like, price was better than all other locations and was close to everything, safe area. If we ever need it on the road we would stay again. They leave you a tooth and mouth wash!!

Location of the room didn't have easy access and with a baby in the rain storm we got soaked but for the price.

Rooms were remodeled, and clean. Had a breakfast included. I personally liked that if you wanted eggs they were cooked for you, not in a tray where anybody will handle the eggs. Personal was very friendly. Also liked that they were very courteous in informing me through email if I had any special needs before my stay, which no other hotel I’ve stayed in has had this special attention

Well all I needed was a nice place to sleep because I had a long drive. No complaints.

The bed was amazingly comfortable. When you're running on too many energy drinks and the bed puts you to sleep within 5 minutes, it's worth it. The property is clean and beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, there is not a single thing to complain about, and anyone who does complain is being extremely picky. This man has turned this property into an oasis among hotels that charge out the yazoo. Make the reservation.

Cost. Room was large. Seems to have been renovated recently. Room was clean. Bed was fine. Somewhat firm, but yet some soft.

Bathroom very small. Tub was a shower only, which wasn’t an issue for us, but may be for someone with a child. Shower was narrow. I didn’t understand breakfast arrangements. Something that we would tell the front desk & they’d make it. Not sure as spouse did check in. We left early, so didn’t eat. Just took coffee & banana to go.

Easy access for a semi! Close to lots of places! Good breakfast…Hot items, biscuits & gravy, sausage links, waffles, oatmeal! Eggs r freshly made for each individual!! Really nice option!!

Door key cards kept having to b reset daily!! Shower curtain allowed water out of tub area all over the floor!!

This America's Best Value Inn was excellent. We had experienced a terrible one in Tunica, but decided to give them another chance. I'm glad we did. The staff was exceptional and the rooms were nice.

The only bad thing was that we were given a Queen room when I had booked a King room and it had an adjoining room. That in itself was not terrible, but we could hear everything, including their TV. I would have thought that since they moved us from a King room to a Queen room that they would have lowered the price, but they didn't.

It was decently cleaned and I like that the comforter and sheets were nice and white with no burn holes in them

The lady when we checked in wasn’t friendly, she didn’t even greet us or ask me anything. I had to tell her I had a reservation. Some people were getting ice or something after 6am which was noisy.

the property was great for my family and I. nice clean rooms at a great price. the owner of the hotel was awesome!! he treats us like family and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is all you want and need it to me. great breakfast and they’ll even do your laundry for you cheaper than going to the laundromat and having to do it yourself!! 10 out of 10!! compliments from the Boyd family that was in 242. see you next week!

everything was great

This is a simple place but an EXCELLENT value. I stayed here on a road trip and it was the perfect place to stop for a good night's sleep and then keep driving in the morning. The staff was so nice and it had everything I needed, especially a very comfy bed.

The inn was clean and well-managed. Staff was very friendly and went out of the way to make us feel welcome. We had to get up very early the day of departure and the lady who was at the desk made sure we had coffee and breakfast ready at 4:00am. Highly recommend
