staff friendly and helpful. Room good, perfect for me. I would have liked to turn down the AC a little more. Breakfast was adequate. Ran out of gravy one morning. I would stay here again for the price.

I had to put down $100 deposit for incidentals, it was returned at check out. I don't usually have to do that. If you wanted maid service you had to let them know. I told them I would want it every day when I checked in. They cleaned my room the first day. When I came back the second day it had not been cleaned. You have to tell them every morning to clean your room. Most hotels rooms are clean ever day.

The room was CLEAN as was the BATHROOM. PLENTY of THICK, CLEAN TOWELS. Bed was VERY comfortable, sheets were CRISP and CLEAN. Hotel is located on VERY busy HIGHWAY and side street, so I asked for and was given a room on the BACKSIDE of the hotel where it was quiet. Requested a 2AM Wake-UP CALL for early FLIGHT and NEVER RECEIVED WAKE UP CALL. I found Front Desk clerk SLEEPING instead of giving me the WAKE UP CALL I had requested. Fortunately, I had set my watch and was up in time to catch my flight.

MAKE SURE when a Guest asks for a WAKE UP CALL you CALL the Guest as requested! DON'T SLEEP when you should be WORKING!

Staff was friendly. Room had been recently painted and was very clean.

The electric outlets did not work. We had 1 working outlet. I have 2 pieces of medical equipment I have to have close by and 1 to wear at night. I had to unplug the coffee pot that was plugged in underneath the table. I had to plug my phone into it because I have a Dexcom that monitors my blood sugar levels, it has to be close by to have continuous monitoring. I am a Diabetic. And I also have a C-Pap machine I have to use at night because I quit breathing. It seems that the facility is doing some remodeling so you might keep the electrical outlets in mind on your up grades.

Conveniently located and the room was well appointed. the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. the bed was comfortable.

The front doors need to be automatic opening to the lobby. I watched several people with luggage struggle getting through them. My main issue is the carpet in the room is very dirty. I noticed it felt slightly tacky after my shower so I went to check my feet and ran a wet washcloth over the bottoms of my feet….you would have thought I walked outside in the parking lot. I realize it is downtime to have to shampoo carpets and let them dry but this tells me this has not been done in some time. To me, that is disgusting. This is not what I expected from a Wyndham property.

From the moment we checked in (in the early morning hours--I had called to let the desk know we were late and Rick greeted me personally!), the staff was excellent. Each person we encountered was warm and friendly and seemed to enjoy his or her job. Our room was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was just the regular fare, but was being constantly attended to. The lobby was attractive and well-appointed. Overall, it felt like a much more expensive hotel.

We have no criticism. It was excellent.

The hotel has been remodeled since our last stay. Breakfast was sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, muffins, and yogurt. Staff was friendly. The bathroom was well lit with large vanity. The towels were thick and new.

The bed was a little hard for our preference, but the sheets were clean and soft. (not soft because they were old!) The side of the hotel along I-49 is very noisy. We travel with a white noise machine so it wasn't too bad for us, but still a lot of noise. The location is a little tricky if you're not familiar with the area. Coming from the north is easier than from the south.

The bed was comfy. The room smelled great. I felt safe at this property. The bathroom was well lit, clean, well stocked and the bathtub was wonderful! It was a cozy place. The staff were all very polite and pleasant. The breakfast was hot and yummy. There were biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, waffle-maker, baked goods, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, juice and hot coffee! AND they had fresh hot cookies throughout the day!

The couch in the room was a bit beat up and worn. I wasn't comfortable sitting on it so I sat on the bed or on the desk chair. The desk chair was well worn, too, but still comfortable. I don't expect everything to be brand new and perfect. For the price, I felt like I got my money's worth.

I loved the location as it was easy to access everything close to us. The check-in was easy and the lady who assisted us was very personable and even offered my children cookies! :)

Although some improvements have obviously been made (updated bedding, some decor, paint....there are a few things that still could be updated. The bathroom paint in room 118 is peeling above the door. There is no fan in the bathroom to assist with moisture removal. The showerhead is leaking, spitting water up at an angle to the top of the shower which in turn sprays over the top of the shower curtain and makes anything in the floor close to the shower and vanity wet. I did NOT mention this as I was checking out because I have two children and was just trying to get them out the door. I will stay here again because it was clean and for the value, I feel it was better than others close by.

everything was perfect from start to finish. booked my room online and that company made a mistake and gentleman that checked us in at the hotel thankfully caught it and kept me from being double charged. rooms couldn't have been better. was very impressed. breakfast was average but it was good for what it was.

The evening clerk Was amazing when I checked in was amazing. We were not sure the vending machine would take my card. So I could get drinks. She decided that she would take it upon herself to check see if she had enough to get me something to drink that night. Thank goodness a vending machine actually took My card. She went out of her way. To help me if there was an issue. I heard no neighbors or any wildness or loudness out of it. I plan on staying there every time I travel to Fayetteville.
