The breakfast was good for about 12.00. Eggs were cooked to order.

Parking. On the Booking.com site it said that it had on site parking, but it didn't say it was valet parking or that it would cost 27,00 a day and if you decide not to chose valet, you must park on the street where parking is very limited and you could be ticketed. We stayed for two nights, so that wound up costing us 52.00. Also, Booking. com billed the room as a Queen Suite which made it sound as if it was larger than a regular Double Queen, but it wasn't. It was just a regular room. Both of these errors were made by Booking.com and while I my continue to use the site, I am always going to call the property first to ask about parking and the room.

The check in process was easy, staff was friendly, and the room smelled SO GOOD when we first walked in! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and even a makeup wipe! There was a nice Keurig coffee machine in the room, with coffee cups, sugar, a sugar substitute, and stir sticks. The rooftop lounge/grill was really beautiful with a great mature & classy vibe & is definitely a must see!!!

Location Comfort Clean

Paid parking Had a nearby fire one night that created a smoke odor one night and was a little scary initially. I called the front desk and they called me back to reassure me we were safe.

The breakfast was excellent. I had the omelette and it was delicious. The waitress/host was amazing. She made us feel welcomed. The cook was also very sweet and friendly. I didn't get either of the ladies names but they were both very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

The rooftop bar did not have many of the menu items listed. We had to order from across the street at another restaurant.

I was not pleased with the breakfast pricing. I was charged $5.00 for a small cup of cantaloupe! Especially, after thinking the breakfast bar was free.

It would be better if there were posted pricing regarding breakfast

Keisha helped us so much. She was warm and friendly and totally knowledgeable about the city and points within walking distance, which we appreciated! She was awesome!

I got a booking charge of $152 that wasn't expected. Tried to tip the valet and it said my debit card didn't go thru, so I tried 3 more times and when I got home my account said I was charged 4 times.

Everyone was nice and the facility was clean

Mandatory valet parking especially when they just moved my car into the back parking lot. I felt I could have done that myself. I wish the indoor pool was heated. It was pretty chilly for it being indoor

Quiet room, clean, big in size with walk-in style closet, valet parking, right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to expo center, and friendly staff.

Price was a bit higher than I like to pay for one person, one room, for one night. However, it was close to the event I was attending. I will say, I had friends who stayed at cheaper hotels and they had some not so good experience. With that...I was glad I choose to pay a little extra and had a great nights sleep and my vehicle was in a safe location.

Perfect location, comfortable beds and bedding, friendly staff. Overall a great experience.

Stayed for the rooftop bar but unfortunately it was closed for a private event. Not terrible, just a bout of bad luck for us.
