I didn't eat breakfast there. I slept too late. The location is close to a Mexican restaurant and Walmart. The floors and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable and linen had no stains. There was caulking over the floor at the side entrance. I mentioned it to the front desk and someone promptly came to vacuum it up. They are renovating some rooms I was told. Also, we had requested a smoking room, and on Booking.com we were given that option. But upon arrival we were informed that none of the rooms were smoking rooms. However, the guy at the front desk made sure we had a room on the lower level near the door so we only had to step out to smoke. That was very thoughtful of him. Good customer service!

A privacy fence around part of the property would be nice to hide the eyesore of the unkept property next door. Also, enclosing the trash container would help. It was over flowing. Tossed furniture from the renovated rooms were stacked all around it.

Amazing customer service friendly and knowledgeable staff they had knowledge of the area pointed me in the right direction of the things I was needing great room water was hot fast and stayed hot they were crazy fast at responding to my online questions I even got a personal call when something was wrong and they fixed it immediately by far one of the best hotels I have had on this trip great price too decent breakfast

The cleanliness of the room! The bed was comfortable but a little high. Ok for tall people but a short person or elderly person could easily fall when exiting bed.

Almost everything was great

I have health issues but there was no room available on the first floor with no elevators.☹️ Other than that, everything was great.

need to offer some rooms with showers with railings for easier access for older people who find stepping over bathtub sides difficult, our king size bed was too high (I had to use a chair to hoist myself up every night), toilet paper flimsy. We stayed in a hotel in Memphis after our 3 night stay at Days Inn in Wynne, so the differences showed up clearly. However, I've stayed 5 times in your place over the last 4 years and I've enjoyed it every time.
