I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a while now, I finally got the chance & to my surprise it was very comfortable. The location was great, being close to the freeway, the staff at the front desk was very hospitable, I felt very welcomed. My room was kinda near the freeway and surprisingly I didn't really hear anything. The neighbors around me were very quiet. I was able to sleep in peace and that's the purpose of me staying in hotels is because I need to get a good night's sleep. My room didn't smell like how other people described their rooms. They don't serve breakfast, but this hotel is near a few fast food places and a few gas stations. There's a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms as well as a coffee maker which I really don't care for but if anyone else is wondering. I can't comment on the TV as I don't really watch TV, so I can't agree or disagree with other people's comments about their TV issues. I just needed a place to sleep and charge my phone :) I would stay here again when I get the chance. I didn't have any complaints here.

Check in was good. No issues finding me in the reservation system. Got my questions answered, including check out procedures. The room I got was on the ground level. Easy to watch my car from the window. The inside was great. Clean, quiet, bed was comfy. Shower was great. Watched some TV. It was ok, sometimes the signal went out, but other than that all was great. Quiet at night, even with some people talking in raised voices outside, but that's to be expected when you're on the road. Didn't bother me much, and i still managed to get a good night's sleep. The heater worked fine. Heated up the entire room in a few minutes. Overall, you do get what you pay for.

The property was cleaning the staff was nice

I didn’t like the fact that because of the storm that was hitting the southern California area I had to leave a day early. And when I called to ask them about it, they absolutely refused to give me a refund for the night I didn’t spend at the hotel.

Used hotel for two day ski trip to Mountain High. This is not a high-end hotel so don't expect that. It was clean, and had all the amenities I needed - including a microwave. It was very convenient to Mountain High - an easy 15-20 minute drive.

The staff was really polite and attentive. All was nice.

They have to update their pamphlet that they have breakfast and they don't no more. I had read it that they don't offer it when I made my reservation so I knew about it.

Great location for train spotting on the Cajon pass!

It’s a pity there is no more complimentary breakfast anymore since change of hands but all in all still a great place to stay!

check-in was smooth & they provided us with an extra blanket. The room was plenty big enough, and the bed was comfortable. We were just passing through and there to sleep, so did not use the shower. Location is convenient to both 138 and 215.

The pillows are weirdly small, & should be replaced with regular sized ones.

Friendly staff!! And the location was very quiet and the process was extremely easy, was a peaceful stay after attending a rave, loved the tv!!!!

Bathroom was a bit cramped but overall clean

I have booked this BW Cajon Pass many times. This was the first time that I needed help. Staff was AMAZING. My girls left their favorite curling iron in the room. CP was honest and the iron was still in the room. My only comments are personal: BYO: Water, Soda, pillows & comfy blankets for the littles.

Everything is AWESOME at your Hotel. My suggestion/s are that you sell beverages at your counter even if the dispenser is broken. Maybe keep waters, cold cokes, diet cokes and sprite available for purchase. We were desperate. Maybe you have a refrigerator with cold beverages available upon arrival and AM departure for skiing. Just saying....more money for YOU! Also... sell ear plugs!

Excellent motel between LA and Vegas. The place is clean and the staff was very friendly. No complaints. This motel is situated next to Route 66 so you can imagine the nice view of the desert and mountains when you wake up in the morning.
