The place was the property was very clean outside but inside the carpet is very dirty with rips in holes in it broken chair and lamp my l and well maintained big laundry room kitchenette came in real handy and the staff was friendly.

The was very dirty big stains and holes broken chair broken lamp and right by the train and I could look right out my window to a homeless camp right in front of the room I am k you not what I expected for 80+ a night you would expect it to have a clean floor and we're way iverrr

It took four hours to check in. The hotel continued to deny my son Randy Lewis was placed on the booking and I was in route to get to him from Kentucky. This was very frustrating and they continued to blame booking. I have used booking many times and have never had a problem. They wouldn’t allow him to pay with his debit even tho it was pay at the property.....very frustrating.

Working appliances, easy access to parking, comfortable beds

Bathtub could not be used because there was no stopper and no way to put it out of shower mode. Room was small for two beds.

It had kitchen so i was able to cook for the kids

Power had went out we had to switch rooms and i was upstairs so it was hard and i asked to borrow the moving cart but someone had stolen it

I really enjoyed staying here we were in room 115.. I loved having a fridge and stove it helped save money on going out to eat since we were staying more than a week.. Only complaints I have are there was hair in the bathroom sink drain and bathtub drain and there were like 5 flies I had to kill. But other than that it was nice. Very quiet even being close to the highway. Staff were really nice

Our phone didn't work and we. Only had a sheet. But the front desk took care of us quickly

I Love The Way The Staff Always Willing To Help You With What Ever They Possibly Can And Always Make Sure You Have A Nice Day I Love How Calm And Relax it Is Over Here And Somewhat Quiet But U Get That Everywhere I Enjoy The Rooms The Comfort Of The Beds And The Service Here With Just About Everything Including The Breakfast And Let Me Not For Get The Laundry Mat Its So Awsome Convenient With The Side Vending Machine 😄😃

Some wierdos creeping around the parking lot, but no more than anywhere else in bakersfield.
