The room with 2bedrooms and 2bath. Breakfast was wonderful Location was perfect for what we had planned

Having to be locked out of our room because another clerk had given our room to someone else. I had to walk downstairs several times to straighten out the situation. One clerk gave us the room and key and another clerk gave someone else the keys as well. Then I had to go back to the office and let them know my keys wasn’t working but I had to wait because they were helping others, which I understand. Started to feel it was the color of my skin but that was totally not the case. It was ALL a misunderstanding.

The room we had was big, two rooms separated by a glass sliding door. Very comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. A nice big flatscreen TV in both rooms and a small fridge for some drinks. The Hotel is in walking distance of Knott's Berry Farm and a lot of restaurants. Enough waffle irons to have a minimum wait when getting breakfast.

There was nothing that we didn't like that was worth mentioning here.

I loved the room. Put only wished they air it out. It had a smell to it. But it was clean Some time the shower didn't close it drips all night long

It had a smell in the room They should have air out the room. Or spray it with air refresher. The shower drips all night.long. the laundry had only one dryer. So you had to keep putting money in the machine to dry.

Location and price. The free breakfast and free parking were excellent. I also used the wifi to work one day and that was nice. Room was huge and there was lots of close parking.

A bit noisy at all hours and not an extremely comfortable bed, but I am a fussy sleeper.

I love when I checked in I asked for a room to accommodate my family and I and they honored my request with no hesitation.

Wish they had more variety for breakfast.

What I liked about my stay here was that the staff was really nice and overall the room and beds were very comfortable.

The only thing I would say I didn't like was that when we went to get breakfast they were out of a lot of items but the staff was very nice and refilled the breakfast items when we asked.

wonderful. everything was clean and comfortable and this was a great location for us visiting Knott’s. breakfast was above good though limited seating and shorter hours (7-9:30)

the traffic noise is loud in room near freeway

They made the breakfast smaller, fruits are missing now

We had a lot of cokroaches all the time in the room. The cleaning needs to be better.

Everything, I love this hotel. I have been going to Knotts since I was a kid. Now I'm 35 & every time I go for a vacation, this is where I stay all the time. Thanks for the hospitality & service. Never change hotels, Buena Park hotel and suites is my place.

The property is located and situated in the places we were going to see. It was close to Knotts, berry farm, mid evil times, the Pirates, and Disneyland.

The only thing was the beds. They were not firm. The sofa bed was sinking and hurt my daughter’s back when she woke up in the morning.
