Very pretty outside of hotel and they have a pool

The bathroom was very dirty hair everywhere and inside the tub and it was not mine. It was already dirty when we arrived.

The staff was friendly the room was clean and the amenities were great you had your mini fridge a huge TV a coffee maker with coffee and ironing board basically there was nothing that I needed. The pool was nice and clean and it was easy access to my room on the third floor using the elevator. The best part was the breakfast that was included it wasn't simply a continental breakfast it included eggs and sausage to go along with a variety of pastries and cereals. I was really pleasantly surprised with how nice the stay was. I will definitely be staying there again!

Everything was fine no dislikes

I really appreciate this hotel because they let us stay even though we had problems with there new payment system up to 4 nights. The room was clean and very sweet to sleep in. The manager even let us stay with a late check out time, my co-worker loved that. God bless them. Pastor Howard Johnson sends His blessings too.

Only if I could have explained my situation to them but all they wanted was payment. But I did try and today the problem would not be a problem anymore. Only two days, but now my homeless situation is over and I hope we could be forgiven. I am trying to understand why I was not given the chance to tell the facts.

The cleanliness of everything made this place feel very comfortable, it feels like stepping into a new home and we had all the commodities that we needed, the Pool was a nice feature, the price was the best value, especially for everything this place offered.

The tv in our room wouldn’t turn off, wasn’t sure how to deal with that, but it’s no one’s fault

Location and front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Vanessa. She was awesome and changed my room with free upgrade to another because of my discomfort regarding the neighboring room.

Some guests were sitting out of room drinking and were loud. Which mine was resolved by moving to other side.

It is 10 minutes walk from E-Street Transit Center. Big supermarket (Manolo Farmers Market) and restaurants are located nearby. There is a mini refrigerator. Nice and kind staff.

It was little noisy when Cooling-Heating system is running. The fabrics covering the chair is dirty.

This place is in a great location, just minutes from the E Street Trolley Station in Chula Vista. There are several good restaurants within walking distance, and the staff is great. It's an old motel that has been renovated. In some places, the rooms show their age, but they are well maintained and very clean. Everything was in good working condition. There is actually a good bit of green space on the property, which is a nice change.

Check out is 11 am, a little early.

Nice green space and lovely leg room! This property is in the middle of Chula Vista and a great spot if you’re visiting 32nd street base or looking to stay in south county! The Vietnamese bakery next door makes breakfast croissants and coffee for great bang for your Buck.

There were no outdoor spaces to sit. They would do well to have some outdoor seating.

Good location close to freeway and places to eat in walking distance.

Room keys kept getting deactivated even when we kept them away from electronics. My daughter had a small skin reaction to the bedding .

The staff are great. But our concerns in our room: -no towel rack in bathroom, - the hair dryer was changed coz the one we had was not working. -it could have been better if there’s a bedside lamp shade, so, no need to stand up to turn off/on room light. Thank you!
