Clean, comfy beds and great condition system. Very low key area. Right next to Delanos biggest shopping center. Decent options for shopping for missing essentials and dining. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly and check-in/out was very smooth.

Property right next to train tracks. And in the coldesac of shopping center. You must drive through the whole shopping area to get to hotel. . I wish coffee and food were warmer and more breakfast meats options. Bathroom tile/flooring needs some work. Shower water pressure sucks.

First time stayis at the Hyatt Delano! Great hotel. Complimentary breakfast, was delicious! Friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms.

The only thing I have a complaint about, is the bathroom. The shower doors should be frosted for privacy, especially when traveling with kids. If one is in the shower and the other needs to use the restroom, they can't because there is not shower privacy. Either shower curtains or frost the glass doors.

Excellent breakfast, particularly the two ladies who greeted me at 6am downstairs at the reception area where the breakfast buffet was located. The three of us spoke in Spanish. That is a special treat for me, since I don't get to speak Spanish all that much. Both women made my morning a special one.

Nothing to do with the Hyatt ... there was dense fog the morning my wife and I left to continue our annual drive from Oregon to Tucson for our solar bird migration.

Really enjoyed the options. Fresh fruit and oatmeal were our favorite.

That the full amount was deducted from my account. I booked without encurring charges on my card. I provided the number when i booked but no charges were applied. My intentions were to pay with cash when we got there but front desk staff didn't inform me the entire amount was deducted at time of check in or ask if using that method of payment was still good. I just think better communication/confirmation would've been nice. Other than that, everything was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is nice and the room was clean. Nice outdoor pool, location is very close to a shopping center and restaurants.

We booked a room for 2 plus 2 children and the couch was not prepared for sleeping. When we asked at the front desk for the preparation of the couch into sleeping mode they replied that we should do it ourselves - unacceptable. Breakfast with plastic plates and cutlery and no fresh vegetables.

my only issue was not receiving the correct room .. other then that the place is very well maintained, they have one of the best breakfast dining areas. food was perfect , employees very friendly .

i booked a suite and instead i was given a regular room, which messed up my whole trip. talk with manager and they said they couldnt do anything about it .. paid the price of a suite for reg. room..

Comfortable and spacious room. Decent breakfast. However, the $75 pet fee is really excessive and we weren’t aware of it! It was disappointing to end up paying that price for a hotel in a mall plaza on a side of the freeway! Will not return!

The place was nice. The bed and pillows were comfy, the only downside would be that our room was facing the freeway. I would come back to place to stay again if needed.

The place was nice. When I got there I noticed they had a restaurant onsite. Sadly due to a wedding being held there we weren't able to have anything from the restaurant. Didn't feel like going out to find food but had no choice.

It was a clean and modern hotel and they served an excellent breakfast- best hotel breakfast yet! The front desk staff was also super friendly and helpful.

Pool and area around was smaller than I realized and the hot tub was very chlorinated. There were only three lounge chairs and they were taken, so we had to put our things on the floor.

It was clean. It was close to shopping.

Freeway exit / entrance. I had to drive through the mall to get to the hotel. There was no microwave available in the morning ( during breakfast ). No microwave in the room.
