Clean, well maintained, excellent staff, comfortable, modern, appealing, well furnished. Close to retail and grocery stores, restaurants, and the highway. One of the best travel hotels around.

I loved everything about the property. The worst thing about it is that it’s in Hemet, but that’s not their fault (Hemet can be a little rough on the other side of town). That being said, I felt very safe here because they are always staffed and they have their security doors with keycard access.

I liked the staff they were fantastic. The place was clean inside and out. The breakfast was great, the exercise room was fantastic. Could have used some cleaner to clean the machines.

Wi-Fi password was not readily available. There was no information on it. I was in room 215 and it was loud. There were people in the lobby which was right next door that were laughing and having a great time while I was trying to sleep. At 10pm

We stay at Hilton Hampton properties when we travel and have yet been disappointed. Great facilities and always a hot delicious breakfast. This was a family trip and we stayed for 6 days. It served as our home away from home. Great memories!

The rooms had a musty smell.

I think they should have more variety for breakfast is always the same

First thing I didn't like was the front desk lady she was acting so snobby..she wasn't polite didn't smile at all...she makes us feel uncomfortable 😖 Another thing I didn't like was the charge for one day they took $450from my bank for one night deposit was to high and didn't return it for a week 🥵

Always clean. Breakfast is always good. Staff is very helpful and pleasant; especially Kristen. Kristen always greeted me with a smile and a kind demeanor. She was the classic front desk clerk, the perfect ambassador for their brand.

Staff was absolutely amazing. Kristen and Kelly, with whom I had the most interaction, were helpful and courteous along with all staff. Housekeeping staff were all friendly and kept the facilities very clean. The pool was clean and not over chlorinated. Towels were in supply for swimming.

My only complaint is there were no towel racks in the bathroom. We used the coat rack in the main room to hang our towels, but frequently we would forget to put them back in the bathroom when showering.

The breakfast was good got everything what we needed for breakfast and the locations was beautiful was close to mostly everything could walk to different stores and fast food.

Have no comment about what I didn’t like. Everything was wonderful it met up to my expectations.

The staff was friendly. The staff was super helpful. There is a lovely fireplace by the pool you can sit at. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The window coverings keep the room nice and dark. The location is great.

The closet door in the room was broken and wouldn't close which impeaded the walk way. The sink in the bathroom wasn't clean and had hair in it upon us entering. The person who checked us in did not have a mask on. Later on she had it on and the rest of the staff had theirs on the whole time.

Normal services were fine.

We were advised on check in that a door at the end of the building would be locked and to use the front entrance. Throughout the night we were disturbed by a recorded message that the door was locked. The sound seemed like a speaker right in our room. Frightened us the first and second time. Reported the disturbance to the front desk in the morning and the night staff claimed not to have heard any such announcements.

I absolutely loved this hotel only good one with exceptional reviews, only issue that the elevator didn't work after 4 hours there we had to use stair well, but was very clean, comfortable, and room was big for 2 queen beds, didn't try breakfast but smelt good, staff was kind, had security in parking lot at night so went to bed knowing my car was safe & I was safe, location was good and no homelessness lurking, pool seemed clean and well taken care of, was able to check in early, would definitely stay again!!
