The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable beds and the staff was beyond exceptional. Customer service lately has been lacking everywhere, it was very refreshing to stay somewhere where everyone genuinely seemed to love their job. From the check-in desk, to the cafe, even the maids were friendly. Highly impressive and have been telling everyone about our wonderful experience here.

Bathroom could use an exhaust fan for the steam and more hooks to hang towels.

Hotel accommodated a family of 5. Room was clean and hotel was not crowded. Irvine Spectrum is a close drive and offers shopping and dining. Pool and fitness room were nice. Putting green, fire pit and ping pong available outside. Overall stay was good. Restaurant cafe on-site

Location is too far and too hot to walk to Irvine Spectrum for smaller children in late summer/early fall. Hoped it was closer location to mall. Would recommend to drive from hotel if looking for more food options or if planning to buy a lot while shopping with small kids. Hair dryer did not work. No tub in bathroom. On-site cafe with Starbucks has limited choices. It is not a full service Starbucks (there is one in the mall). No room service.

Love the location of the property and loved that there was a restaurant that we can order from to do pick up. loved the lobby as it is updated and modern. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

You had to pay for parking. $16 a day. Had only one extra toilet paper roll for four people and had to call housekeeping twice to have someone deliver us a roll. Would also would have liked the restaurant drop off the food to our room as we had to wait in line with other customers at the register downstairs to get our food.

booking. com lost our reservation luckily there was still 2 queen beds available at the price we reserved, although it was a smaller room without a couch and did not have the pool view Food app did not work. food was only substandard.

I came down to Los Angeles to have my son participate with Offense-Deffence bowl from 26-29 December. I left the hotel I booked on 25December through O-D bowl at La Quinta because I didn’t feel safe there. I then ended booking online at the Courtyard by Marriot and notified O-D bowl of my situation. They told me there would contact Courtyard Marriot so they can give us their discounted price because that was one of their sponsored hotels. When O-D bowl contacted the courtyard by Marriot they told them No they can’t accept that since we booked online. I don’t understand why they didn’t honor adding my husband and son to the booking with O-D bowl discounted offer. O-D bowl brought in a lot of clients to your hotel which makes it an “honorary guest” I don’t understand why the Marriot was being difficult. I was very disappointed when O-D got back to me to let me know of the news.

Marriot wasn’t able to work with Offense-Deffense bowl to add another person to their list and cancel their booking they made online because they were going to stay there regardless.

We were in a suite - it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast on site was delicious and reasonable ($). Both the check in/out processes were smooth and simple. Your staff is excellent: friendly and professional. Outdoor lounging areas were very nice.

Coffee shop was only open abbrev hours (which was disappointing) but service was excellent. All of our bed pillows were VERY uncomfortable. The kitchen area was missing basic things : ie: utensils, dish soap.

It was very clean, large walk-in shower, movie night with popcorn & blankets provided for the kids. Bar & food was great. Definitely would recommend.

The only thing I didn't like is you have to pay for parking. But I guess that's why every guest has a parking spot, keeps outsiders from parking there.

They were incredible! I loved everything about our stay! The staff, the room, location and convenience of everything was wonderful. We even had shuttle service to our concert. Would definitely stay again!

Location was fantastic. Staff was very helpful and friendly, they accomodated our special request for an early check in, and made our stay most comfortable.

The food was great for me as an adult, but it wasn't kid friendly - would love to see some simpler options for kids under 11. Plain pancakes, plain cheeseburgers with simple toppings, etc. We ended up eating elsewhere a couple of times as a result.

Location was great and was close to why we were in town and close to many food options. Food was amazing. Staff was very helpful. Plenty of parking. A very clean location.
