Location was ideal for walking to the convention centre, and down to the financial district. Staff were very friendly, and accommodated request, as well as provided complimentary bottles of water.
My room was an adjoining room to the suite next door, and there was no way to lock the door leading to the other suite. That suite also had a door, however, that couldn't be opened from my end and vice versa. It was a bit disconcerting initially, but not a huge issue overall. But, noise travelled thru that door very easily, and I could hear everything said and done in the adjoining room as if it were happening in my own.

Location was a plus. Close to everything and since it’s valet only gives you one less thing to worry about finding parking. Walking and standing all day from a festival you could say the hotel slippers came in handy. That was a life saver for me.
Since it’s at the heart of downtown near the arena you can hear music outside and the people along with traffic which is to be expected. That wasn’t an issue for me and I was out most of the day. For those light sleepers and those who goes to bed early I can see some impact.

new, nice and clean, very comfortable
the deposit fee, on Booking was nothing mentioned, I looked especially for this, had to travel a lot this days and those money blocked were an inconvenient for me, didn’t get them back not even now, nearly 5 workin days (I know it depends on my bank) but good to know..

Large room with a good view (higher would have even been better). Everything was nice and clean. Always good to have a fridge in the room, making it easy to keep your own breakfast.
I had expected included breakfast but found out it was not. Thus day one I had an overpriced breakfast in the attached restaurant. Rooms can be booked as attached, this has the inconvenience for single room travelers that there is a door connection to the next room. This makes a lot of things from other rooms audible. Not great if the neighbours tend to get up at 4am because of they jet lag... Lastly, water pressure is not great but this seems to be a US-wide issue.

The location is perfect in the heart of downtown. If you want to watch a game at staples/crypto arena or attend a conference or even visit tourist attractions like Sta. Monica, Venice, Grand Central Market, The Grove, Farmers Market, and Hollywood this place is perfect. We stayed here 5 years ago and decided to stay again, we will 100 percent stay again in the future. I highly recommend this place! Oh, Fixins is just across the street, it’s a must try specially jumbos and chicken. Love the vibes there, great ambience and great food! Shout out to Mr. Tony, amazing guy and great customer service at the lobby/front desk.
The food area at 2nd floor. I’m happy for the free coffee but the quality of the food and service needs improvement. I recommend to use non plastic for dine in, revisit the food menu and taste. It’s great to have a quality food.

Loved the location! Directly across from the Crypto Arena so if you were there for a Lakers game or a concert, perfect place to be. Plus, Tom’s Bar, the Grammy Museum, a bowling alley, other restaurants and movie theater all within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and I LOVED that the room had bathrobes and slippers!! Our room (907) looked directly out onto Figueroa so we could watch everyone headed to the Lakers game and we had a view of the Hollywood sign off in the distance!
The lobby was pretty chilly, but loved how much comfortable seating it had. And the guy who helped us with our luggage, Tony, was AWESOME!!!

We picked this hotel purely for the fact it was across the road from Crypto.com arena as we were attending back to back NBA games. The location was perfect for attending the arena and there was enough cafe/restaurants across the road for us to choose from. We found the hotel itself to be exceptional; staff were friendly, we were able to check in two hours early, the room was large and very clean, and they held our bags after check out. We did not require parking during our trip.
If it weren't for the fact that we were attending the NBA at the arena across the road we probably would not have stayed in this area. We did not feel safe to walk around the area, except to cross the road to head across to the strip of restaurants next to LA Live. We found ourselves ordering an Uber every day to head out and about to sight see. Unfortunately we also found that the elevator had a strong cannabis smell multiple times.

The access to Crypto Arena and public transportation. A few minutes walk to the bus stops. A lot of restos around the area with a grocery nearby. One of the staffs that I can commend is Gina, the front desk officer who was so helpful with all the assistance that we needed - plus points too for her affable demeanor smile every time we pass by the lobby. Joel, the housekeeper was so organized and made our room so clean. The bed was comfortable enough for a good rest.
None that I can think of.

The room was nice. I love the colorful amenities. The bed was very comfortable. They had complementary robe, and slippers. The robe was very comfortable. It was for my birthday weekend and me and my boyfriend just wanted to get away. We stayed on the eighth floor which had a view of the city. Nothing too spectacular but it was nice to be up high. Great walking distance to restaurants, museums, and etc.. on the second floor, they have a restaurant and bar, called NIXO. Drinks expensive but were good. Open rooftop with great ambiance!
I know usually they place a hold on your credit card, but just be aware they charge the hotel, stay, and the holding fee of $100. Usually hotels that I’ve been to will do the holding fee and then charge the rest later. The actual $100 included the tax, and the valet parking. ($50)They don’t have any free parking in that area. That’s the only downfall of being in downtown LA. So me and my boyfriend actually parked around the corner in public parking for $20. But we had to go back out at 11 PM to pay again to do overnight. we ended up saving money.. after a certain time that parking around the corner was $10 for the whole night. It was a Clippers game that night so it was a lot of traffic but nothing too bad. I actually had to speak to the manager, I think his name was Brian. He was helpful.
