Great location next to the airport and car rentals. Alfo, quick access to freeways. Breakfast was super nice! Modern elevators was a plus also since kids can't delay ups and downs!

Parking fees are definitely a sad situation. We parked across the street for 8 dollars less than at the hotel! Clients shouldn't need to have to park two blocks away. It was worth it to save 8 dollars a day (gas money) but the hotel should be embarrassed at their high priced parking for guests! Seventeen dollars as opposed to 23 dollars is significant! Hotel should at least match that price of 17 dollars and clients would have a less stressful event and better satisfaction!!! Other than that, our stay was very nice!

We liked that the hotel was close to the airport. Check-in & out was quick and easy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with very soft white towels. We where able to check in early, which was very helpful after a long flight (over 14 hours).

Did not know that we would be charged $150 USD for incidentals and that the charge would be reversed in a months time, because are credit card is not from a US financial institution. The shuttle bus service was not good. After a 14 hour flight and 1.5 hours to get through customs. We waited over an hour and a half to get picked up from LAX and then over half an hour to get collected from the hotel to the airport because there wasn't enough space in the bus to take everyone and there is only one shuttle bus running. We where told to allow at least 2 hours, when in transit between the Airport and Hotel.

The hotel was beyond expectation. So far the best airport hotel i have been within US. - Room: Very spacious considering how affordable it was. High ceiling and modern. Big closet and bathroom. Liked the bedding too. - Amenities: The lobby was nicely designed, rooftop pool where you can see the sunset, with plenty of seating and hot tub. Even breakfast was real hot meals and fruits whereas other similar hotel breakfasts are often cheap packaged sweets.

WORST hotel shuttle. I waited 45-50 mins while Hyatt regency shuttle passing by me at least 10 times. Another passenger said they waited an hour. The hotel say every 20 mins but that’s a lie that they should stop telling their customers. There is only one van that loops around and drives 5 miles an hour with no reason while the driver talks with another staff. It is so slow, so that even other hotel shuttles were honking at.

Huge room with probably the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Really soft sheets. Floor to ceiling windows. The room had everything I could ask for. I did hear planes taking off but although I’m a light sleeper I slept well regardless of the planes.

I was told breakfast was 6-10am. I got to the restaurant at 9:40 and there was a closed sign and they were clearing away the food. I managed to get a coffee and some toast but I was looking forward to some fruit and juice etc. The man I asked about it just said that breakfast is over. I’d have gone earlier if I’d known this. It’s really not acceptable to say it is until 10am if it’s not.

We had a fantastic room. It is as close to the airport as you can get.

The free shuttle Hyatt House offers is a good service but at the airport there are no signs as to where exactly you should wait for Hyatt House so we had to ask the other hotel bus drivers pulling up if we were in the right area. So make sure you just go to where all the other hotel names are listed in the red area and wait there. We waited about 20mins. There is limited food around the area that you can walk to. There was a Starbucks next door that said it should have been open on their door hours but they were shut. There was a jersey mikes next door that was open.

As I arrived at the hotel, Marina in the frontdesk took care of our reservation and documentation. She was extremely polite, helpful, patient and accomodating. We drove over 5 hours to arrive at the hotel (only stayed for one night) to catch our flight the next morning. She also answered my questions about breakfast. She was wonderful.

Breakfast was average in regards to variety. The food they did offer (eggs, bacon, potatoes, pancakes, cereal, milk, banana) was really good actually. It was nice and warm, always being replaced, with ongoing supply of juice (beverages). I do wish they had more vegan options but that's just a particularity of mine. Otherwise, it was good!

Boutique hotel feel - decor (public areas especially appealing ) reception staff - above & beyond with assisting international travellers issues - banter also fun & welcoming . Most comfortable bedding -towels - furnishings etc Breakfast value - shuttle service frequent & excellent . Reassuring having security 24/7 -rooftop pool sold me to book too - my stay was 3 nights - fabulous to spend time there & in gym - bar outlook to downtown unique too but not open during stay - private function utilised it though .

Our stay was only an overnight stay due to flight changes. We arrived in Los Angeles around 10am but our check in time was 3pm. On arriving at the hotel we asked if they could hold our bags as we knew our check in time wasn't until 3pm. On checking, our room was ready and they allowed us immediate access to our room and waived an early check in fee. Later in the afternoon we had a few drinks and a Charcuterie Board (highly recommend it was delicious) in the restaurant and then dinner later on. The food and presentation was amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay as it is close to the airport.

Clean, nice decor, comfortable beds, good size room. Daily house cleaning. Shuttle to the airport very convenient and runs every 20 minutes. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices of hot and cold food, fresh fruits, and beverages. Although close to the airport we could not hear any aircraft noise. Great hotel and friendly staff, highly recommended, and we would definitely stay there again next time.

Nothing we didn't like. However, a suggestion that an ATM on site would add to the convenience of the guests, but not a big deal, as we used the ATM at the next door hotel. Also, toilets in the lobby only open with a room key, so before and after check out, we kept asking staff to unlock it. Overall, it was a great hotel and experience.

It was conviently located to the Intuit Dome for a concert we were there to see, so the cost of an Uber was less. I like that we had a view and the grounds having the grass out front was nice. k

We waited almost 30 minutes for the shuttle. The information in the email made it sound like the shuttle ran on a regular schedule. It did not mention calling to inform them of needing a ride. We were told this after making 2 phone calls to the hotel. This made out timeline very tight and were not able to go out for dinner as planned.
