Excellent, walkable location for UCLA and Westwood. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The renovations they did recently are great. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Free parking is incredibly helpful (and rare in the area).

Great location. Plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Close drive to Santa Monica, Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Nice to have free parking. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. Pretty quiet neighborhood. The free breakfast was nice to have with options of various breads, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal sachets. There were even hard boiled eggs.

The elevator is a little wonky so we just started using the stairs (better for us anyway). The parking spots are a little tight but hey there's free parking.

Walking distance to our doctor at ucla! Tons of restaurants within very close walking distance. Even Target and a major grocery store. Mark and Angel were incredibly kind and accommodating. Very reasonable rates for that location. We were very happy there and returned for all 5 doctor appointments!

The lighting in the bathroom is not good for any woman who wants to apply make-up. I did mine standing at the window to get natural light. Parking spots were tight, but hey... it's the only place in West LA with free parking, so who can complain!

The staff is amazing, my husband and I stayed here over the week when my daughter was admitted to UCLA. They gave us a room close to the entrance to help with our younger daughter staying with us, they assisted my husband with laundry (they’re the only laundry anywhere) and their breakfast was amazing- especially after days of hospital food. They will be our go to in the future for dr visits.

Very well located Hotel with comfortable beds and clean rooms. Ideal for people visiting kids at UCLA. Very helpful staff at reception espacially Robert & Veronica.

Complimentary breakfast is good but a couple of warm options of egg or any meat could be added. Wifi could be improved.

Were staying here for a few days, I really recommend this hotel because despite the room they also provide a free breakfast & free parking which is a plus point from me. It's so hard to find a hotel in LA that provide a free parking. The room was really comfortable & nice. the location also really great. Would like to stay here if i have a chance to comeback to LA

A very convenient location with free parking at a decent price. Efficiently run and quite clean. The senior gentleman at the front desk was very helpful, thorough and efficient.

More than dislike, some suggestions - Breakfast could have been healthier. Hotel can build in a sustainability focus as saw a lot of plastic usage. Washer-Dryer (paid) facility on site would help travellers.

Really good, the expected variety of cereal, fruit, yogurt etc.. never a shortage of supply. Area kept exceptionally clean and organised. Really enjoyed the breakfast.

The stairs were not cleaned properly, not vacuumed but witnessed a cleaner using a brush covered with a wet cloth. Not a good idea, definitely not affective. I’ll add that windows were being replaced in the stairway area, with small slivers of glass left on the stairs. This was mentioned but no action was taken. Room maid a little hit or miss initially but came up trumps.

I chose this hotel due to the proximity to a medical facility I was visiting. Don't be deceived by the modest outside, the rooms were very spacious and clean. Bathroom was spotless, beds were comfortable. Our room was by the elevator, but we didn't even hear it. The room had a small area with a microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge and mini sink. It also had a dining area with a table and four chairs. The outside view was to a wonderful little garden that belongs to a fancier hotel next door, so you get the view without the price tag. Breakfast is sort of grab and go, it does the job if needed. Hotel is located next to many food options in walking distance breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also there is a grocery store and convenience store 5-7 min away by foot. We chose to mainly travel by bus, the bus stations were really close to the hotel too and it saved us a lot. I felt safe in this area and we walked at different times of night and day. Overall I would choose this hotel if I travel to this area again.

Parking at the hotel was convenient and location was excellent. Also received an upgrade to a suite - downside was that it was facing the ally so a bit noisy. But can't complain! Staff were also terrific!
