The staff were so friendly and nice. The shared kitchen and living area were quite nice and had everything we needed. Even ice!

There was no toilet paper in the restroom in our room.

For the price, the room was excellent. You do share a bathroom with other guests (at least, for the room we booked) but it was never an issue and the bathroom was nice and clean. the beds were very comfy and the staff was excellent. Anthony who checked us in was wonderful. We were staying during hurricane hilary and had flights the day after the storm reached LA and so we were worried we would be stranded in LA. The staff blocked off extra nights just in case something did happen. Luckily our flights weren't affected but the staff's dedication was much appreciated.

As other reviews have mentioned, there is very little noise insulation so you can hear other rooms very easily, including people talking. The AC is outside the rooms so you can't keep the temperature to your liking. There was no cutlery in the kitchen at all aside from one chopstick which made for some very interesting eating when we discovered that was the case lol

The house and rooms were clean and modern looking. Two young adult female's felt very safe inside the home. It's located in downtown LA which was close to my concert venue. Employees were helpful and nice.

Parking is VERY TIGHT. Someone took my assigned spot and (aggressive, rude guy) refused to move his car. Luckily, the employee (possibly owner) was present and was able to give me a different area to park in. If you have a big vehicle or anything bigger than a small car, I'd recommend looking for a parking garage nearby. Surrounding area is rough/ugly since it's downtown LA.

The staff were all great and super nice from the beginning of our stay until the end. The property was very clean and comfortable, I like how there were separate buildings and security codes that made me feel safe.

The only difficult part was squeezing through the back alley to park our van inside the property but that was only because the neighbors parked their cars right outside the entrance.

The location and building are amazing. Super nice and renovated building in a really cute neighborhood. Anthony at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and the parking was super convinient and affordable (only 5 bucks!!)

Quick responding and the check in process. After a short misunderstanding, a representative from the property contacted me to resolve any issues. Close to the airport. Parking area(extra fee)

Had some difficulties during our stay but everything was solved after further inspection from the management team.

i loved the commom area ! a great place to meet other people and fins fun things to do around town ! clarissa was the best ! She was was super welcoming & gave us the best ideas for things to do

Maybe floor can be a bit more clean same for the bathroom that wasn’t furnished in toilet paper.

it was really nice and in good condition. They put in a lot of effort to make your stay comfortable.

It can happen that the parking lot is full when you arrive but you can park near by.
