I like the fact that it's quiet and totally private everyone stays to them selves their s no fighting any where around the property and their is a little area just for the pets to go to the bathroom in the back of the property and thank God it's dog friendly From room 126

I didn't like the fact that the person who is at the office sat and lied to me about how much the deposit is and booking said deposit is $25.00 when I get their I use my card to pay for the deposit on the 31st $75.00 for the 3 nights I check out on the 3rd and they never put my deposit back on my card then I booked the room again for 1 more night and then a different person got my deposit again when I woke up and went to the office for him to activate my room key again and sign the paperwork again and that's when he asked me for the deposit again now that will be the second deposit I have given them I never got the first one back I only have problems when it comes to checking out and not receiving my deposit back I need that back to my card account

Excellent customer service, I love how they help me with anything I ask them , and nice n respectful staff the janitor ladies love them so sweet and nice love this place.

The ice machine was out, but other than that everything was good

The room was cozy and the location was relatively quiet. The front desk clerk was efficient.

The sheets were very dingy, there was no hot water in the shower each morning, and the housekeeping staff was very rude.

I liked the friendliness of the Manager. He was very respectful and thoughtful. There were a lot of trucks parked for different construction jobs in the area. He ensured we were able to park safely near our room. I liked the room size and the location. We needed a room for one night only, so the size of the room was very accommodating, clean, and convenient to restaurants. The location was quiet and even though located near the freeway and a Main Street, it felt safe. That's a big concern when I'm traveling with my wife.

Perhaps light snacks in the morning like a cookie, coffee, or something for people getting on the highway.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Great value, clean and updated. Very nice! This room actually has a closet, it's own closet with the iron and ironing board in it. Was a nice room.

There seemed to be an odar from sewage. Thankfully I always take Lysol or febreeze air freshener. We surly needed it.

Place was very clean, very nice. Location was great, in a good area. Some places I have seen are not in best neighborhoods and are not nice as this Travelodge. Overall, this is one of the best places I have stayed at that was affordable in Merced.

Only thing I have to say is the ice maker didn't work I was told to plug it in and check back in 30 minutes. I did and nothing. A sheer curtain would have been nice with the curtains itself so we could have left them open and had a little more privacy.

Place was clean neat very small. Air conditioner was adequate took a bit to cool down but was hot outside person checking me in was friendly and helpful for request for iron and ironing board no frills but pleasant and needs were met

Online advertising did not show pool and breakfast were not available. Took a bit to cool Down room and keep it cool

The room was clean and near things I was interested in. I wasn't sure what it would be like when I drove up but was pleased with my room.

It took awhile for the front desk to assign a room to me. My door key needed to be re-keyed every day; they couldn't figure out why. There was an ice maker machine downstairs but nothing in the room to collect ice.

The staff was very nice and helpful had no problems the other guests were nice and respectful had a nice night i would go back there again

The only thing i didnt like was there didnt have smoking rooms but it was not a big problem to go outside and smoke

Friendly staff, clean facility, close to family.

Could not adjust heater and sometimes it blew cool air instead of warm. Spring mattress not all that comfortable.
