It is very convenient! It would be helpful to have more empty electrical outlets near the bed! And we could have use a bigger trash receptacle. LoL! But that’s us! I only met one staff member, and she was absolutely the greatest in all regards! Very neat and sharp looking. We had a nice chat about where we each had come from, etc. The best part was the bed! We both actually were able to enjoy a good night of sleep! We will be back!!

We had some special requests because my partner suffers from a syndrome known as multiple chemical sensitivity which requires different room procedures, and Beatrice was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Then, my partner left her medicines in the refrigerator and staff has been very good in communicating and helping her through the process of return. So. we're very happy with the quality of staff and the hotel itself and we highly recommend it.

Spotlessly clean where it counts. There is nothing flashy or impressive here, but it fulfills the purpose of an unobjectionable overnight stay without fault. The bathroom was very, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying, and the woman looking after the breakfast room was pleasant. There's actually a real charm to the industrial desert location. I'd happily stay again.

The location was ideal as a mid-point from San Jose to Joshua Tree and as a last minute booking, I was so impressed. The receptionist was friendly upon late night check-in. Parking was in a well-lit area right outside the rooms. I read the reviews regarding the train passing at night, but we had the AC fan on so we actually didn't hear them. The room was sparkling clean, roomy and comfortable with a relatively big mini fridge. The beds at Best Western are great if you like the medium firm type of mattress. The breakfast was buffet style where you could make your own pancakes accompanied by a variation of marmalade and jams. The breakfast lady consistently checked the area to keep it clean and topped up the crunchy bacon, coffee and scrambled eggs. Upon checking out, I asked the receptionist about how to go to the Spaceport which was nearby. Both the receptionist and manager was really helpful in providing those tips which was much appreciated. This place was more accommodating than a-lot of places that were supposed to be higher end.

We had to stay overnight last minute in Mohave due to both roads heading west to Bakersfield closed due to 1) a wildfire; 2) a truck accident. This property was clean and recently updated . Decent hot breakfast. Offered from 6-9 am.

Proximity to the train tracks. However, they did offer free earplugs.

The room was large & comfy with enough room for 2 chairs & small table, chair& ottoman & 2 queen beds without feeling crowded. Comfortable beds. Air conditioner worked fantastic! Had all the extra amenities in room such as coffee maker, iron & board, microwave & fridge. We had breakfast every morning and waffles were excellent. Bacon very thin, sausage yucky, toaster didn't brown waffles. Maybe have a sign with instructions in bigger print for people with bad eyes. But nice savings not to have to pay for breakfast out. Nice to not have to worry about roaches or bedbugs! All of the outer areas were clean. Garage area clean and no smell. No loud guests 😀

The toilets were very low and were hard for me to sit on and get off of. The shower took forever to get warm and didn't stay consistent.

We expected a "decent" accommodation but the place really exceeded our expectations! The room was very spacious with a super comfortable bed and lots of facilities. We only stayed one night but would have definitely extended our stay here if we had needed to. The parking in front was also very convenient and the breakfast was very varied.

The breakfast was very good; usually hotel scrambled eggs are trash but these eggs were great. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

My room was on the far east portion of the hotel and I could still hear the trains in my room; they dont blare their horns so its not that bad. The parking lot is a little cramped. They TV signal was spotty the first night I think due to the high winds and did go out for about an hour another night.

Everyone was real nice and friendly. The room was quite, I like the chair and foot rest with a small table next to it. I liked the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the wall. The breakfast was outstanding.

I did not like the fact I did not book another day. It would have been nice to relax another day with my son who lives near by.

There was a lilltle confusion about our reservation that was solved up. The room is a bit worn and would need a refreshment, it was clean though. The aircondition was old a quite noisy.
