Everything was as expected. A good value for the money. No A/C but Monterey is rarely hot enough to need it. There was a wall heater with a thermostat that worked very well. It was very quiet except for occasional jet aircraft taking off. Not bothersome at all. There are airport quiet hours so sleep time was very quiet in that regard.

I was told there would be housekeeping service every other day. I was there 3 nights and they never cleaned the room even though I asked for it when checking in.

Room was clean, gigantic, easily accessible and in a beautiful location. The beds were so comfortable and the abundance of pillows perfect for all seeping positions. Breakfast convenient and sufficient. I really loved this place and hoped to stay there again when i return to the area. It was totally convenient to where I needed to be yet felt in a wooded area. Parking real easy. Staff very helpful and honest. I left items in the room and they were returned to me after THEY CALLED ME to let me know I had left them.

We didn’t try the breakfast but were offered it. The hotel proved to be a great location for us.

We had requested an upper floor when booking, but we were given a 1st floor room. The front desk said that they were unaware of our request. Parking was an additional $7 per day. I was told if we wanted late checkout, 1 extra hour, it would cost an additional $20., so we checked out prior to the required checkout time.

Comfortable stopover. Way bigger room than the average, very clean. Good amenities. Best value around. I would definitely stay there again, but for stopovers only.

Standard breakfast, but....4 tables for lot of people. Standing and waiting for a small place to eat felt like I was begging for food in a church. Driving distance from the city.

The staff was amazing! We had the room with the King size bed and fireplace. Never had an issue with the room being cold. Very comfortable stay. We had already booked for a late check in due to traffic would get there after 12, hotel staff accommodated us so well and were super understanding. Perfect location! We loved it here

The room was spacious nice & clean. I really liked the bay window & beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was delicious. Staff were helpful. The location was close to Fisherman's Wharf, Caramel by the beach, gas station & other places you may need like 7 eleven, starbucks & subways. I would definitely stay again.

The staff is excellent. Friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast selection and quality was outstanding. Location was perfect, close to the beach and downtown Monterey, Carmel and Pebble Beach. Quiet and well appointed room. Very clean. Location by airport was surprisingly quiet. Didn't hear a plane until after breakfast. Great stay! My wife and I highly recommend Comfort Inn Monterey Airport. Beautiful garden area. Thank you.

The size of the room was perfect for our family (we had a total of 7 people and booked 2 rooms). We didn't feel crowded. The breakfast was fast and had plenty of options. The grounds were quiet from other noise. The office staff were very nice. A couple hours after checkout, I got a call that my children had left their glasses. The office told me to take my time and that they would have them in the check in/out office for when ever we were able to make it back to pick them up.

I really can't think of anything that we did not like.

Good location, tucked away and quiet but close to downtown and things to do. Clean room, friendly staff and free breakfast is decent. Easy booking, check in and check out. Free parking.

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Booked 3 rooms and we were all downstairs. Everyone could hear people above moving around and it was pretty loud. Hotel is older and could use an update.

#1... Not only was the toilet & shower/tub in a separate room from the sink; it had its own sink, a total of 2 sinks, with plenty of counter space. #2... Large room with high ceiling & nice view out bay window w. Crecent shaped seat or place to set things. #3... All very clean... zero problems #4... grab bars for tub, and everything about the shower was perfect. We were happy to have housekeeping only one morning. Thanks. They gave a generous supply of good large towels, wash clothes, soap , shampoo, etc to last a number of days.

Very small breakfast room, and only 2 kinds of cereal -- cheereos and fruitloops. Blame Choice Hotels. Beds were just a little on the hard side. Our 2nd floor room had had 20 outside steps to get up to. In one way, the walk up ( w. Nice views) was pleasant, except when we got back after a long day of hiking.
