The room was very comfortable and very spacious. Beautiful view and friendly front desk staff.

Hard to book activities. The QR code was for everyone, so it didn't seem to differentiate who was actually a guest. The signage was lacking, so even with the map, it was hard to find some amenities.

It is clean, a lot of options for relaxation and friendly team.

The check in was confusing

For the most part everything went well and was satisfactory.

Only issue was the amount of ants in the actually room. Was having to swat at stray ants majority of the time inside our room. After our stay me and my girlfriend packed up our bags in the backseat of my car to leave. By time we got back to our house. My backseat was covered in ants. They were in all of our personal bags that was inside our hotel room. Had to get my car vacuumed to remove all the unwanted ants that were roaming in the backseat, and some that made it to the front dashboard of my car.

We had a good, relaxing time. There were many different pools to choose from, but we didn't take advantage of the restaurants. A nice guy named Saul Cancinos helped us out of a situation. He is a good worker, friendly, and very helpful.

The construction noise. There were hardly any signs, so we didn't know how to get to areas. The map was a little hard to understand.

The beds and rooms were very nice. The guys at reception were friendly and helpful.

The signage was poorly done. It would help to have the building numbers signed more clearly. The restaurant Talia was out of a few entrees by Sunday evening.

Quiet perfect location to all the amenities.

Couldn’t lower the room temperature.

24 hour access to soak tubs & two day access to the whole resort.

Variety and number of pools. Robes. Grounds very clean and kept nicely. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very poor signs to try and find your way around. Property map was difficult to use (more like a cartoon than a map). Talia restaurant very expensive, out of at least two dinner items we wanted and seasoning on some of items not the best (prawns, ahi tuna). Rooms clean but hallway carpets were not clean. He k in was delayed.

It was gated and well maintained. Spacious, as well. The room was comfortable and clean.

Front desk staff unable to check in on time which was 1600. He mentioned that he'll call when bed is ready. He promised that he'll extend check out as I check in late. He said that he'll call when room is ready. I was waiting a call. They called at 1811, room is ready. I asked him, my check out will be at 1211 tomorrow but he denied. He said that system shows room was ready 1700. How do I know the room was ready at 1700? He didn't even called that time. He said that I should wait in the lobby until room is ready. That's totally nonsense. He said that he'll ask manager for late check out and manager will you call for late check out but never received a call. I booked 40 days ago and reserve for 2 room under same reservation for my family. They separate us 2 different building. It's horrible experience with front desk staff. FYI, resort fee($54.00) was not included when I booking.
