Staff at the property were delightful, professional, and caring. The location is convenient to nearby cafe’s. The breakfast was amazing as well.

There was too much noise in the room next to me. It appeared that my room was a sharing room & I couldn’t sleep well due to the noise of the next room. One of my pillow cases was dirty. Then there was a roach in my bathroom floor.

Holiday Inn is always a sure value for cleanliness, comfort and safety. It didn’t disappoint. Really dog friendly not like other places that tolerate dogs… Great breakfast included.

In the industrial part of Paso Robles. Walking distance from the center but didn’t feel 100% safe at night for a woman alone. I was also given a two queen beds room instead of a king bed room. That was annoying. I was told it was a booking.com overbooking -and never heard back from booking.com about it so that was annoying.

Easy to find near but not too close to 101...comfy beds, nice clean new linen, short walk to restaurants, helpful staff, and good breakfast. Ample easy parking. The main building is most convenient as it houses the breakfast rooms.

The coffee and water cups were flimsy. One lone hair on tub detracted.

The Location was perfect. Five minute drive to downtown where there are tons of restaurants and wine tasting options throughout the evening.

The linen had a heavy perfume scent. I am allergic and sensitive to the smells. There was no other option but to wash sheets with water only. Poor solution. I hope they address this and accommodate people with sensitivity to perfume.

at breakfast they ran out of room for people to sit and eat, some went back to their rooms. and they were not able to keep up with the cleanliness at that time.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was yummy and exactly what we needed to get the day started. Staff was always very friendly and made the stay at the hotel enjoyable. I would definately stay here again.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was excellent. Location was reasonably close to downtown.

The breakfast place was very cramped, parking was bit challenging and our room was right next to the room service room on the first floor and the cleaning crew was talking so loud early in the morning that it woke us up - that was not a good experience. I think the hotel should reconsider having a service store room right in the middle of all the guest rooms, I have never seen this kind of arrangement in any other US hotel.

There is some strange about how the bathroom door swings into the bathroom. Made it clunky to get around. But,it was fine.

Excellent location near downtown and few miles away from vineyard. Rooms are spacious with all facilities. Breakfast was too good specially warm cinnamon rolls. Also afternoon snacks is appreciated Fireplace in front yard is lovely.

Everything was good

The bed was perfect, the most comfortable bed ever. Really friendly and helpful staff (Clayton) & the ladies that take care of the breakfast station. Continental breakfast was great. Nice patio area with a firepit. Decent sized pool & a good enough fitness center.

Parking gets a little tough later in the evening.
