The room was really nice, the bed was comfortable. The heated pool and hot tub was amazing! I really appreciated how late they were open (11:00)

I’m a big fan of continental breakfast but they did not have one. You either had to get room service or go to the restaurant in the casino. I wish they would have had cream for your coffee instead of the powder and sugar packets. Also none of the vending machines in the hotel worked so you had to go to the bar or restaurant for anything besides water or coffee

The hot tube was perfect temperature. The pool was clean and heated. The facility was clean, the staff was attention, the staff decorated our room with rose petals and balloons for our anniversary! The casino was conveniently located and the slots had wireless charging stations. The pizza from Seasons was amazing. Check in and check out was a breeze. We had complementary water, bath salts for the jacuzzi tub, enough towels and an amazing time! We will be back.

We weren't aware of the alcohol policy ahead of time. My significant other had purchased a beer and a few minutes after was told that no alcohol was allowed on the casino floor. As he began to chug a large IPA we realized that we wouldn't have purchased a third beer if we couldn't drink it. Fortunately I was able to advocate for us and we were allowed to take the beer and pizza we had just ordered to the room as long as we went straight to the hotel room.

The food in the Seasons Restaurant was Great and so was all the staff. It was easy to check in, park, enter the building with elevators at each end. Beautiful outdoor patio and pool area also. Free vouchers for food if you signed up with the players club.

The smell of cigarette smoke that permeated the open restaurant. I get it's a Casino but we were in one up in WA and there was NO smell of smoke because the restaurants and food courts were closed off from the smokey gambling areas. It made it nice to go eat, swim and pick up coffee without being inundated from smoke.

I booked a room with a deep jacuzzi bathtub. The price for the room was great. The room was huge, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and it was very quiet in my room. I didn't utilize the casino aspect of the property, but the front desk will give you a credit in the casino and you can also get an additional credit for the restaurant.

The check-in counter was right next to the door to the casino and it was very saturated with cigarette smoke. As someone with respiratory issues, I am just giving a heads-up to potential guests. The room I stayed in was perfectly fine and had zero issues while in the room.

I liked most everything about the experience

The only thing I didn’t like is waiting too long to get back my $150 deposit I had to put down on the room over and above my nightly rate… I believe that should be refundable the same day as checkout… I’m still watching my bank account to see when it will be there

Simone at the bar was completely amazing. Your housekeeping staff was wonderful. Everybody was a pleasure to be with and be around during our stay. We are from Southern California, and your hotel was exceptional. We appreciate everything that you did for us.

There was absolutely nothing that we did not like. The area was perfect for us.

Property was good. I’ve only stayed at Win River once. I suggest an improvement in the expediting of food at the cafe. Add additional help. Have a single person dedicated at the coffee station. The reason is simple. I waited 10 minutes to place my order because the only employee working at the time was making a 9 minute long specialty coffee for a customer. Unacceptable. I was the only person in line at the time the employee began making coffee drink for customer. There were perhaps 7 or 8 behind me in line when employee finished the coffee drink for customer. I’m not upset, just making an observation.

The wide variety of things to do and the rooms are spacious and beautiful ❤️ pool open till 11 and had room service and beautiful view of the Xmas lights

No microwave in the room, and didn't offer/mention the other add on amenities that I would've totally purchased had I known about when checking in

Casino is VERY smoky. Casino needs air purifiers. Staff at every contact was the FRIENDLIEST and most helpful We have had the pleasure to meet.. Management is doing a fantastic job of training the employees on “ friendliest” and. “ courtesy” GREAT JOB

Staff is amazing. From the front desk to security.

That when I was using the phone in the room to call my son who lives near I accidentally pressed 911and not 9 then 1 and my son's phone number, security had to come up and check to see if we were OK. Maybe not have a 9 as the # to start calls with. (It was nice to see security there though, it did make me feel safe).
