Great breakfast, comfortable beds , guest laundry room, and complementary waters if you’re a Hilton honors reward member. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The parking situation is a little challenging with its barricades and first come first serve spaces, however, I do understand the barricades are in place to help the security, protect the vehicles from break-ins by monitoring who comes in and out. That is all everything else is nice.

Drew answered my phone calls to confirm my reservation & remembered me when I checked in. He provided courteous, gracious service, even though I had spinach in my teeth (didn't realize that til I got to my room. ugh) I also want to affirm & appreciate the signage regarding anti-human trafficking. Thank you so much for taking a stand against these horrible acts. Also, the security guard was courteous & helped out with my random requests as well.

My room was a little tricky to find...maybe an extra sign indicating location of the rooms on the backside of the building (room 103)

Beds were very comfortable! Rooms were a comfortable size. Loved the amenities available in each room. Loved the fridge size! Appreciate that there was a little dish soap available for us to use!

No elevator access or another form besides the stairs to get to the second floor. Charged is $8 per car for parking per night! - This rule went into effect AFTER I booked (guy said a couple of days before I checked in) so I shouldn't have to pay $16 PER NIGHT but I did! This is definitely a negative.

The suite layout with a kitchen was perfect for long stay. The stove top could be a little bigger as you can comfortably fit only one pot/pan but it was still convenient. Also maybe more cooking utensils that are essential to cooking would be great but I was still able to make it work. The free parking and breakfast was also perfect and a plus.

The unit furniture could be cleaner/newer, they were dusty and musty but that's just the age of it. I'm sure overtime there will be furniture and finish upgrades.

We came to this hotel as a sudden change from another hotel which was way below expectations. Glad there was room for us so last minute. Check in and check out was smooth and friendly.

We tried a different hotel due to the pricing. We used to stay at this hotel for 50% of the current prices and we were surprised by how high the room prices have increased even during the off-peak season.

We are a gluten free family so that made most of the breakfast off limits for us. That said, the selection was very nice and we had wonderful fresh berries for breakfast every day of our week long stay. The room was large with a nice separate living room area with a kitchenette that had a full sized refrigerator, 2 burner hot plate and microwave. We had a late check out, which was greatly appreciated. Good access to the highway and there are restaurants in close proximity, but no grocery stores or amenities. Parking is free, good security staff, always a plus!

This hotel is located in an industrial area, there are NO grocery stores or amenities nearby, a car is essential. The bathroom shower was substandard. Parking lot repair was very noisy and started early in the morning. You can hear everything going on, the walls aren't particularly well insulated. Homeless people going through the trash. College students coming to party on the weekends, so some drunken fighting going on because of this. Not sure that I would stay there again even though I liked the unit itself.

Staff were very helpful. We had no hot water and got a free upgrade to a better suite. Facilities were very good, everything was clean and well equipped.

Pool area, including the BBQ grille, can't be used after 9pm. The mattress on the extendable sofa was OK in the first room (foam) but was poor in the second better room (regular springs so you can feel the steel bars when lying down). Wouldn't recommend if you plan to sleep on a sofa.

The Staff was outstanding. They truly care and they go above and beyond and provide exceptional customer service. At this time I also would like to mention Virgil and Fely and Jasmine. They made our stay there so terrific.

I liked the comp hot breakfast, the free courtesy cab to the airport, the free two bottles of water. The texting service is awesome! I was able to get courtesy text messages on our upcoming check in and I can communicate with the staff at my convenience.

Upon entering the room it smelled like bleach. It didn't bother us too much as we got used to it after a few minutes but other than that everything else was great.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the San Jose airport but very quiet. There are seven or so restaurants within walking distance covering variety of food (famous dish dash included!). Breakfast selection is ample. More than hotels at this level.

Price is a bit high but probably worth it.
