The male clerk that assisted me on Sunday however, was very friendly and helpful. I liked that the room had a microwave and refrigerator. Also, the continental breakfast was nice as well.

The bath tub had not been cleaned after the previous customer. When I got ready to shower there were long strands of burgundy hair in the tub! My hair is salt & pepper therefore it obviously belonged to someone else. And I rented the room by myself. In addition, the female clerk that assisted me upon arrival and checked in was very attitudinal, unfriendly. I was reading the form she gave me to sign. She started pulling it away from me in the interim. So, I asked her do you mind? I was reading that. She scowled at me as if I was wasting her time. I did not care for her foul disposition at all.

The breakfast was good, a basic menu, but it tasted good and was quick and easy. The location was close to bike trails that connected to the bay trail which was well maintained and has a natural beauty that was very relaxing. Many restaurants within walking distance.

Lacks some of the basic amenities such as a pool, gym or game roon, but rhe price compensated for that.

the bed was comfortable and the room was big and we liked having the couch in the room, it was a big plus. a nice sized mini fridge was great for our snacks. and they had a decent breakfast which is a big plus .

the bathroom was out dated, we had to go get a plunger because the toilet kept getting clogged. The bath tub couldn't hold water for a bath. there was a bath plug in there but it didn't fit at all so it was pointless.

The man Mr. Juan was a great customer service and very polite, respectful to my best friend Lorraine & l. I think we stayed at 263, not sure,lol. You need a man like Juan to work for your company. Thank you for your service and time.

No breakfast service, This company needs to serve breakfast for the customers.

It is a dated property but the room was exceptional neat with all the amenities, such as toiletries, hair dryer, iron and board, coffee, microwave, large frig, nice tv, free wifi, free breakfast, ample parking, etc., that i would expect in a much more expensive room.

There was a slight step-down coming out of the room. Despite the notice reminding me, I forgot and stumbled every time. It was the only room I noticed that had that. The other rooms’ doorways were flush with the ground.

How easy it was to check in. Also, the breakfast was good.

The TV came on without us touching the controller. We thought either there was a ghost or they had cameras in the room and did it just to scare us. Not sure why it came on all by itself.

How clean the room was and how easy of a check in it was.

Had to go back to the office to get the keys programmed but it was fine. Things happen and we normal enjoy our stay.

That wasn't very good the food was cold the eggs where not good at all

You had to adk to have your room cleaned because the short if staff

I had a long day and got there late. I approached the late check in window and immediately the gentleman with friendly smile said "It's cold out there, come inside." I was pleasantly surprised to have a speedy check in. Thank you

Second time for a USA trip and I use this amazing place. Good and fast check in and good place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is huge and amazing
