The staff were very accommodating by providing a quiet room when I indicated that I was recovering from surgery. The room was spacious comfortable and very clean, with updated features. It was great for my needs.

The location on one side is next to the freeway and there is very little except fast food joints to access if you are on foot. Also, charging $10 for parking on top of the room fee once you get there seems like hidden fee since due to its location the vast majority of guests will arrive by car.

The room felt spacious, with a comfortable bed, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. The accessible bathroom was great--grab bars around the toilet and in the walk-in shower. Breakfast offered waffles, hot dishes (eggs, biscuits & gravy, bacon), cereals, some fresh fruit (apples and bananas), as well as coffee/tea and fruit juices.

I did not realize that there was an additional $10/day charge for parking even though signs indicated that the hotel was not responsible for property damage or theft of the vehicle or contents. Hotels in the Santa Rosa area are already rather expensive and this added fee was just over the top.

Breakfast was great, the room was clean and spacious.

Due to health reason I can't drink Coffee. They ran out of decaff, Very disappointing. Only Victoria from the front desk offered to look for some. She was great and the only one who smiled while we were there. I have worked for a major hotel for 33 years, and only retired 2 months ago, A smile at check in would have been welcoming, or at the breakfast buffet Tamara should have been more helpful.

I appreciated that someone communicated with me to clarify that this is a pet friendly hotel and our dogs would be accommodated, and that the message we received stating otherwise was an error.

I was traveling for a medical procedure and already stressed out. I received an automated message at nearly 9:00pm the night before telling me that our pet request could not be accommodated. Apparently this is an error that happens through the pre-check in process. This added a great deal of stress to my trip.

Everything was great until I headed downstairs to get a quick breakfast and there was nothing at all. Everything was gone a few minutes before 9am. No yougurt or fruit , something simple to grab to go before heading to my meeting. Delay upon checking out. The desk lady refused to print me a receipt as she said it was against policy. Upon check in the prior night I asked for a receipt for the charge to my card for stay and was told I’d get one when checking out. Very frustrated. Hope staff in am have additional customer service training.

I stayed two days at La Quinta, and it was really great! - I was worried about the noise because the hotel seemed close from the highway, but it was really calm - The room was spacious & clean - Breakfast was delicious with enough food choice - I am not disabled but everything was accessible (lifting equipment for the swimming pool, big elevators, etc.). I travel a lot, and it is not as usual as it should be, so this point deserve to be in my comment.

Nothing I can think of

Breakfast was good, what you'd expect from a motel breakfast. Room was quiet in spite of being close to the freeway. Curtains were great and kept the room nice and dark. Plenty of places to charge your electronics. Fast internet.

Bathroom sink stopper didn't work. The bathroom door had a bumper on the wall behind it that missed the handle entirely allowing for the door to swing far enough to hit the cove base with a loud bang. No decaf coffee. Goofy desk lamp.

The hotel was built in 2020 so the facilities still looked "new" . Very clean room and light colours which added to the brightness. Location was just off the 101 highway but we couldn't hear any traffic. It's about a 5 min drive and 10 min bike ride to downtown restaurants. Across rom Santa Rosa avenue is a big mall with Trader Joes. Breakfast was ok. Very comfortable bed and pillows. In fact we tried to buy the pillows but they didn't have any new inventory in hand. The front desk person Michelle went out of her way & tried very hard to find us pillows and even offered to ship them to our place of residence in British Columbia.

My experience with the hotel was very pleasant beginning with the staff that checked us in. The hotel was very clean, and beds were comfortable. By choice, we didn't go to the breakfast area or the bar. As I read reviews, I was afraid it would be noisy due to the fact that the hotel is very close to the freeway, but it was a quiet environment. I would stay there again.

The downside is the parking. If you get there after 10pm it will be hard to find a space to park.
