The staff was very responsive (needed help with key immediately left office to check out why not working (new battery needed), extra blanket provided along with extra towels, when checked in gave LOTS of info about attractions and restaurants nearby) also room cleaned every day if we wanted that - nice change from other hotels esp where sand prevalent, a recycle container in room, BALCONY- was more handy than we first expected, while view was road it was nice way to get natural light and breeze and use chairs to start day outside with breakfast, while lots of places to eat nearby we used microwave and kurig to begin day - fridge good sized and had a usable sized freezer

View and location less than ideal as placed on industrial road (car repair places across road) but the extras and nearby shopping center behind the car repair places made up for that - along with watching the nesting gulls on one repair places sign 😁

Pretty good value for money (in this region of CA). It looks like owners live on the propoerty, and I felt they ensured the propoerty was safe (the larger area is quite frequented by people who do not appear to have a home). It is well looked-after (continuous improvements were being done). There was even a water dispenser in the laundry room for drinking water. We enjoyed having a freezer and fridge and microwave, made it much easier to handle food-supply for our little one. We purchased a travel bed and used that during our stay. All clean and neat. I am not a big fan of carpets in the rooms, but they were fine. Hopefully they will be the subjects of improvement soon :).

There wasn't really anything bad.

This is an old motel but room was completely updated very nicely. ITT is a no frills motel but price is good for visiting family in the area. It is in a retail area but everything close by with car. This motel has lovely flowers throughout property if your looking for clean place to stay at good price good option.

In more of commercial retail area but close driving distance ti everything

We stayed here for two night's on our family trip. The room was large and comfortable with a good size refrigerator. It was quiet. I appreciate there was laundry facilities and an ice machine. The staff accommodated us with rooms on the first floor.

There are only two thing I would change. First, I spilled water on the room floor. Thank goodness the floor was tile. When I wiped up the water, the paper towels were rather dirty. So I would suggest the floors need more attention. The second would be newer towels.

It was clean and quiet

When I booked it says pet friendly but does not give you the price for the dog, after getting there and signing in he asked if I had a pet ? I said yes my dog , he says ok $44 a night , couldn’t believe that, I paid $58 plus fees for the room and just because my dog was sleeping in the room it’s another $44.08 , a little crazy , I told him he needs to put the price of the pet on his website, he replied, it says pet fee , I just wonder if I had one of my grandkids with me it would be another $44 ??

I really appreciated the clean laminate floors instead of carpeting. The furnishings are modern and very comfortable, the TV remote easy to use and HBO is offered. The bathroom is more aged but works fine.

The heat/AC system was loud and rattled even louder when it shut off. The coffee pods offered were weak and it would be nice to have liquid creamers and some tea choices.

I am very happy to say this place was amazing, very clean and staff was on it. I will come here again.

Perhaps the water pressure in shower It was so little. Could be that I love my shower at home with lots of water. No complaints was very happy with place.

Rooms are spacious and feature nice amenities including microwave and fridge with freezer. Bathroom is dated but clean. Staff was very friendly. Location is great with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby and the freeway easily accessible.

Water pressure could have been better. Door was not completely in frame, so cold air could enter. AC was very loud. Bed was a bit too small and too soft for my taste.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The owner takes pride in the property so it was comforting to deal with someone whom you know you're getting quality from. The location was also a great spot to be at for local attractions.

The water took about 8 minutes to get hot but honestly that was the least of our worries.

Good location. Close to the beach and stores. A plus was that Costco was near by. Also loved the keurig coffee machine.

Bed was a little uncomfortable but other than that, nothing to complain about.
