It has a good location, room was comfortable and clean, the kitchen was useful and complete. Very good for the price.

You have to ask for every, including shampoo, and you have to go directly to the front desk to pick it up. Breakfast can't be called breakfast, it's just coffee and a muffin.

Breakfast was Coffee, muffins or fruit bars. Just a grab and go type. The room was large but there were no basic dishes as promised so we had to go get them along with the coffe pot. No big deal and they gave us extra coffe too.

We found the bed to be too hard for us. We are also used to having thicker bed spreads. You only had a bedsheet and a thin bedspread.

front desk and Andrew (I’m assuming the manager) went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Absolutely loved that everything was right there (restaurants, Walmart, fast food places) The room I stayed in was probably my favorite room so far. Highly recommend staying here.

Room, location, amenities, staff, pleasant courtyard and area

Maintenance: baseboard trim falling off in the bathroom; seal between shower head and pipe leaks, sprays up on the ceiling. I put a washcloth over it so it would drip into the tub and not damage the ceiling sheetrock. I would like to have had a hair dryer as one of the amenities--consider it more important than an iron.

Room is good I did like it, Breakfast room didn't want to try it because I been told it was grab and go bag so cant say anything about

Hallway carpet and elevator are not well cleaning it needs a deep carpet cleaning or replacement will be complete the upscale Hotel

We were in a room close to the elevator and easy access to the dog area. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Very quiet and slept well.

Parking and lugging suitcases a long distance

I was moving from AZ to CA. I got a flat tire that day and needed a room for the night because took until 3pm, and I didn't want to drive late. Bed was comfy. Hotel was quiet. .

Window needs to be fixed though. I tried to open, and it sort of pulled away from frame, AND it was bottom floor, so I didn't feel 100% safe. Front door to room does not close 100% properly.

I had a problem with booking not making the reservation and then not refunding me. The staff were fantastic!

I would book directly with the hotel next time. They told me if I just called them, they would have matched the online price

Their staff was very nice and help me with everything I need I even got a late check out cuz I got there late excellent service

The room was clean and what I expected. This place is the same as the other Extended Stay Americas I have stayed at.

The manager tried to charge me for a day I did not stay. I had to ask for a change and he was not happy about it.
