Rooms were great, very clean and had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Cleaning staff/room cleaning service was very prompt every morning and did a great job. Location is fabulous- 3/4 mins drive to caltrain or a 7-8 min bus ride. Front desk is very warm always and prompt - seems like a very well run property with good staff and good management which is why they’re always full!

Fitness center was ordinary Cleaning staff once entered the room without asking but it was also my mistake where they asked a few times and knocked tho I never responded. (miscommunication) Breakfast can be better - it’s very basic Vending machine can have more things like toiletries etc to buy Room I got had no sunlight at all - so that was a bummer

The grounds are well kept, very pretty flowers, plants and trees. Wonderful little patio with tables and chairs for relaxing outside. The front desk staff were amazing to me. So kind and friendly and professional. The room was spotless! The bathroom was gleaming it was so clean. Very comfortable bed and room. Microwave and good size fridge in room. I slept well. I needed a place to stay because of a canceled flight, and this was close to airport, a good price, and surprisingly very enjoyable.

The location was not good for me. I like to be walking distance to shops and restaurants and you are limited. There was a McDonalds and Burger King close as well as a Dennys which are not good options for me. Mostly office buildings and Motel 6 down the street. The lobby was small but cozy and comfortable. Just not a place you’d probably want to hang out in.

Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed that they had vending machines, a microwave, and fridges as well. I think you get more for what you pay for at this hotel. Staff was all very nice and you are walking distance from many food places. The breakfast was actually good too.

The hair dryer in the room was very nasty. It was sticky and had hair stuck all over it. I only had to use to once though so it was bearable but they should be cleaned more often. I’m not sure if this goes for all, but the Wi-Fi did not work very well in my room and the service was very bad so without Wi-Fi, nothing loads.

We found the breakfast good. Could have been hotter and a little more variety. It was sufficient. They kept the stock up. We were pleased.

The shower needs better pressure. The room needs to have another chair so you don't need to sit on bed. Not comfortable. Needed more hangers.

free warm breakfast with a rotating menu. the breakfast was decent and better than a typical continental breakfast. quiet and safe location.

the building have 2 floors and there are not elevators. walls are a bit thin so we can hear muffled voices from the units next door. it was low enough that it did not bother us at night.

Best Western silicon valley. Ann was wonderful. Everything was clean safe and very affordable. The vending machines had the most affordable snacks I've ever swonderful. Wonderful, absolutely peaceful and wonderful. Must come again, we'll come again.

There wasn't anything that I could find.That would be my disapproval.Everything was fine

The room looked really great and was very clean. Better than most. The bedding was new and fresh, and all the amenities were nice.

The room had a weird smell in it. I bought air fresheners so I could tolerate being in that room. I didn't complain or request a different room because I am disabled and it's too much work for me to relocate. I also have fibromyalgia so I'm really sensitive to smells, so I had to be really careful with the air freshener also. Also, most hotels have beds that are too firm for me. Because of my disabilities I prefer softer mattresses which are nearly impossible to find. The refrigerator didn't work too great. Seemed like it was inconsistent with regards to the temperature.

Very clean, in good repair.

parking lot was split up on a busy street, if there’s a need to go from one parking lot to another, you have to go out to the opposite side of the street and then make a U-turn. Still getting used to the higher prices of hotels these days . Price was comparable to others. 

Short drive from SFO. Beds were super comfortable and breakfast was a very good spread - we enjoyed the waffle maker! We arrived late and the hotel was walking distance to a number of quick fast food options which was convenient.

Rooms and building were a little dated, but fine for a short stay.

The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious and nice.

I stayed in a room above the lobby, but since there was no elevator, it was inconvenient to carry multiple pieces of luggage.
