Large room with two queen beds was very comfortable, excellent air conditioning, good hot shower. Could not hear much noise from outside. Clean room, coffee maker and fridge were useful. Ojai Pizza Company next door serves very good beer, apps and a wide range of hearty pizzas.

It would be nice if the front desk was open around 7am or 7:30am on weekends, and they could serve some pastries and coffee since there is no breakfast place nearby.

I was in town for the Ojai Music Festival and traveling each day from LA. So much in the area was booked up (due to the festival) and I just didn't have another 2 hour drive in me. I looked on Booking.com and a spot was available at this motel. The cost was good and the place was convenient, spotless, and comfortable. It's not the newest motel around, but it suited my needs perfectly. The staff were lovely. If you're looking for value, comfort, and great customer service, go here. It's not The Ritz, but that's not what I was looking for.

Honestly, it was great across the board. Again, not the most luxurious of accommodations, but clean, comfortable, and convenient. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful! We needed to check in by 10pm and we were having trouble making it on time. We called and the staff was very nice about it & helpful! We were so relieved! Thank you:)

Our room was very clean! The bathroom floor was clean. However, the carpet was dirty. When we walked barefoot in the room, our feet got dirty. We had to wear our shoes.

The Inn was clean, friendly and accommodating.

I asked for sheets to be changed for a guest and they got the room number mixed up. It was not clean when we returned. The problem was quickly remedied with clean sheets and towels. The management followed up the next day with apologies for the error. All was well.

Happy they allowed a single night stay on the weekend. Other hotels in the area (Ojai, CA) required a minimum two night stay over the weekend (either F & S or S & S). Rates competitive for the area. Room very clean.

Television was too small. Otherwise, all very nice.

The room was very clean and the location quiet. The manager (Scott) was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Nice plunge pool/hot tub was clean and very relaxing.

A large gap at the bottom of the door which allowed light and crickets to enter the room. The crickets aren't the fault of the motel, it is hot and dry this time of year and they're everywhere. We used a rolled up towel to block the gap between the door and threshold. Not a deal breaker at all.

The large Jacuzzi was wonderful. Helped my aching joints.

The only drawback staying here was the breakfast started at 8 o’clock. We needed to leave early and therefore missed out on breakfast. Those traveling for business need an earlier breakfast time at least 7 AM.

Breakfast had herbal teas which was my favorite, super clean room and property,hot tub ,quiet,near Ojai which is a unique little town,staff was friendly and polite,shout out to Ms Andrea

Picked this hotel because we were going to the Artists Studio Tour Weekend in Ojai, just a couple of miles away. We had a clean and comfortable room with two queen beds and a huge bathroom. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker with plenty of coffee packets - not skimpy with morning coffee! The "spa pool" is actually an extra large jacuzzi on a small patio behind the hotel - very nice. The manager was helpful and responsive to our questions, and directed us to local restaurants for dinner and takeout.

We stayed in Oak View because it was near Ojai but less expensive. The hotel didn't have a breakfast facility, and the small business district had no real breakfast restaurant nearby. We solved our problem by picking up breakfast supplies from the grocery store in Ojai to microwave the next morning. They are right on the main highway, so if you are sensitive to traffic noise, pick a room on the side near the pool.
