VERY COMFORTABLE AND QUIET STAY. EVERYTHING WAS NEAT AND VERY CLEAN. I TRAVELED ALONE WITH MY 2 GIRLS AND I FELT SAFE IN THE LOCATION. NO NOISY NEIGHBORS. DID NOT GET TO TRY THE BREAKFAST OR COFFEE BUT LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING BACK AND TRYING IT OUT NEXT TIME AROUND.

IF THEY WOULD HAVE PROVIDED HOUSEKEEPING WHILE I WAS OUT LIKE OTHER HOTELS NEAR BY I WOULDVE RATED THIS A 10. IM NOT SURE IF ITS SOMETHING I NEED TO REQUEST BUT CONSIDERING MY EXPERINCE AT OTHER HOTELS I THOUGHT THEY WOULD.

It was nice , clean and staff was really nice n helpful. Nice area nice room. I appreciate the bathroom already had the soap, shampoo and body wash in the shower. And it was pet friendly. Overall a good experience/stay.

One of the other residents im not sure if they were slamming their door or trying to get in my room but my door kept jiggling and shaking- kinda odd. I think the breakfast could've been better, basically it was coffee, yogurt, or a waffle. 🤷🏽

Clean, well-furnished room, with a comfortable bed. Also, the location was convenient to the freeway and many restaurants & shopping options. The room I reserved wasn't ready at the time I checked in, even though it was after 4:00 pm, so the manager told the desk clerk to upgrade me to another room so I wouldn't have to wait. Very considerate & professional!

No issues with my stay.

They had a grab and go breakfast that was sufficient and good. That room was clean and comfortable. Though I set off the fire alarm with the shower.

Setting off the fire alarm with the shower and no one coming had to get dressed go back downstairs and get somebody to come up and turn it off as I could not reach it and was concerned it was going to set off the sprinkler system.

The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and professional. I accidentally left my laptop cord in the room and called about 10 hours later, and the staff found it and saved it for me at the front desk until I was able to pick it up several days later.

The only minor complaint I would have is that the pillows were a bit small and flat. I did not bring this up to staff, so perhaps this could have been fixed, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

Excellent stay! The entire staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. The room exceeded expectations - clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Check-in and check-out processes were seamless.

For improvement: Consider adding more breakfast options, including protein-rich choices, to enhance the morning experience.

The breakfast has a lot to be desired. It’s basically coffee and juice and waffles. You need a lot more variety there was oatmeal, but it was only strawberry flavor.

The room saying no smoking, but as soon as I entered my room, it smelled of smoke really bad. I open the window and turned on the AC just to air the room out. There were people talking at 3 o’clock in the morning in the hall.

Mgr and front desk staff were 10. Had a little issue and they stepped up to the plate. Love that they have laundry facilities for guests. Will most certainly stay there when in area again. Guest focus really ap pears to be important to them. Have mobility issues thankful they has elevator that works. Peaceful

I can soda $2. Too many sports channels .I know that's the cable system but I like drama and mystery,horror etc

I was actually shocked at how great this hotel was considering it’s rated a two star on booking.com. They rooms are a little outdated, but they were clean, spacious and the beds are comfy. It’s in a good location, there are some fast food places around and a little walk to the stores like target, Walmart etc.

Not a big deal but I had a tour booked for the same day I checked out and the lady advised that there’s no luggage storage service. She ended up storing my luggage at the front reception area, but she advised that I’d be leaving them at my own risk because they are in and out of this area all day. I only had two bags but could be an issue for a larger family.

It was satisfying to know that breakfast was there every morning of my day Enough for everybody

It was perfect. There was nothing else I can add. The staff was great was clean. Everything was great.
