The people in the office are always so nice and respectful whether it’s the husband,wife and or son . I’ve never had an unpleasant conversation with.

My fiancé and I get a room every Saturday just to have some actual alone time to watch movies and enjoy each others time together so we always take our spare fire stick with us and we typically never have any issues but this weekend we happened to get a room with a tv that had broken HDMI slots so there was no way to use our device 😣to make matters worse apparently the all other rooms were booked so we couldn’t even change rooms .

The room was comfortable and clean with many amenities that were needed and we were thankful for. The room has refrigerator, microwave, an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and very nice absorbent towels. It was vey comfortable and we were very pleased with the accommodations.

The only thing that was disappointing is that since my spouse is disabled there were no accommodations available on the ground floor. This made it a bit uncomfortable for his having to climb the stairs and come sown the stairs. Otherwise everything else was fine.

The room was spacious and very clean. Staff was present, kind, helpful and went above and beyond. Location was perfect with easy access to anything we might need.

Nothing! This was one of the most comfortable places we have stayed in the area. The staff made us so very comfortable and they were always available to serve our requests and needs.

The property was clean and well kept. Everything was a smoother process. Will definitely be back.

The towels were thin and tiny you definitely need more then on to dry off. The bed was very noisy just to even sit down and was very hard … but the pros out way the cons ! So I would definitely be back.

Room was clean and property was really quiet. We loved the ice machine which was really convenient and the bathroom was roomy with plenty of hot water. The television/cable was great with lots of selection, including premium channels.

WiFi did not work well and the rooms are so well built that my cell phone didn't work all that well inside the room. The pool looked really nice but all the gates were locked all the time. Not sure if this is available during Covid times?

We were on the second floor this time and it was much quieter than before. Also we had hot water much faster in this room.

Stairs are a little tough for my husband and navigating out of the property down the alley can be a challenge if there is a lot of traffic.

The property parking and location was great. Staff was nice and place was relatively clean. Nice hotel rooms and you definitely get a bang for your buck.

The beds were loud and a little uncomfortable

This is our second time staying here for our wedding anniversary mini vacation! And We love this hotel!

The lady at the desk was a little rude, she had a tone. The husband was super friendly and he’s always so nice to us.

The room matched the pictures on the website. It was very clean and modern. I liked the area, and parking was good too. Will stay here again when needed to be in the area.

I checked in really late, and i called ahead to let them know i am checking in late. Before I arrived, they called me to get my credit card info (instead of paying for it at the property when I arrive). It could've been handled better, but it's all good.

Location, clean outside and inside, it looks nice and decent compared to a lot of options around the area In the X - $100 this is excellent, this should not be any more expensive. Quiet at night

There was a bad strange smell in the room but it went away AC was LOUD Staff is great but i had a hard time making the payment, there should be the option of paying through the app.
