It was a hot day! When you arrive it is like a little oasis set back off the street., shaded and inviting. A large water fountain in the courtyard welcomes you as you go to your room, the sound creating a very relaxing atmosphere! Our room was very quiet, the beds super comfortable - extra pillows provided upon request. Special requests were handled promptly. We travel on a Motorcycle and we were happy that so many stores and restaurants were walking distance from the Hotel. Even the breakfast was nice - not extravagant- cereal, bagels, toast, granola bars, yogurt, pancakes, fresh fruit. You are bound to find something to satisfy you.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I did walk to the ice machine only to find out I needed my room card to operate the machine and get ice. Now I know.

Liked the enclosed courtyard with the little fountain and benches - very nice to look out on and walk across on our way to our room. Also, because of its off street location, our stay was blissfully quiet. Finally, though our interactions wit them were minimal since there were no issues to resolve, they were professional and very courteous.

Our only real criticism is the somewhat cramped parking space and as a result of the fact that apparently this hotel attracts many tradespeople and workers from out of the area, the parking facility was very crowded with large trucks and other commercial/work type vehicles making it quite difficult to not only park and maneuver, but also somewhat inconvenient to unload and load ours. I consider this to be a fairly minor complaint, however. as it may not always be this way.

The staff were all very friendly. Our little dog got our of our room somehow when we were not there. The manager used the cameras to track the dog and help recover her safely. They also helped move our rooms together and change to a non smoking room. Every person on the staff including the maid were so nice.

The bed was extremely firm which is not my preference at all so I did not sleep well. The pillows were also very firm which is not my preference. Others may prefer that.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. Parking was easy. They accommodated me with an extra late check out for free, when I had to work. I loved that the room had a fridge in it, and a bathtub and not a stand up shower. The beds were comfortable and more soft than firm (how I prefer it).

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I did wish they had some more substantial breakfast, like eggs and sausage/bacon, or even hard boiled eggs offered.

Staffs were very patient and accommodating. Breakfast is simple, but I love the pancakes which are made fresh by a machine within a minute! Coffee was good too, and the price paid was very reasonable.

I had a nice quiet sleep, because I turned off the heater. The fan noise was too loud, and there's no way to turn it down. Water pressure on the overhead shower is too weak as well.

Beautiful courtyard

Since they allow pets, I asked if there was a place set aside for pets to defecate and was told “in the room”. What?? So there was nomplace to take the pet and you could tell many other pets had, in fact, defecated in the room. It would be good to have a place in the parking lot for example where guests could take pets to relieve themselves. It should never be “in the room.”

The staff were very helpful. The grounds are lovely with a sitting area near a fountain. The room and towels seemed an upgrade from some of the other places we have stayed on our roadtr

The only thing that would be helpful is to have a luggage cart. The rooms are accessed from a courtyard and the manager for the cart they use for laundry for us to get our suitcases to the room.

A nice size king room, clean, and located conveniently near the office. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal, pastries, a pancake machine, coffee and juice. Plenty to sustain until lunch. The check in staff was very friendly and ourteous.

Really nothing was bad. If I were to complain, it would be to request 4 towels instead of just 2. The room was very satisfactory.

The location was very convenient, the room was perfect for our needs, the staff was awesome. The breakfast was okay, could have had a bit more variety but otherwise was okay. Parking was great and that little gazebo next to the creek was so cute.

Breakfast could have had a bit more variety. The unit we had would have been better if located downstairs instead of upstairs.

Garden/fountain view from all rooms, nice reception area, friendly and helpful service, nice rooms, good price.

Could have 4 pillows instead of 3. First room had a spider and wasp, so we switched rooms but management was very apologetic and took care of ensuring our next room was clean and suitable.
