The breakfast was great! I loved the dining room. I liked that they sold beer, wine and snacks in the lobby. The room was very nice and comfortable. I especially thought the bathroom was quite luxe. The shuttle to the airport was wonderful. The driver was very nice. Staff was very efficient and kind.

There was a picture on the internet that looks like the Black Bear Diner is right in the same parking lot as the Fairfield Inn. It's way over the freeway! There are no restaurants nearby. Even the Jack in the Box was too far to walk to (especially since the sidewalk ended and there is just a field with dirt and weeds). If you do

The facility was nice, the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

I was very disappointed in the ability of the staff to control a party that was being held on Saturday October 7th. The party started at 5pm roughly and the music was so loud and had so much bass it was shaking the floor and walls. It shook an empty water bottle enough that it fell off the bed side table. I called the front desk multiple times to ask them to turn down the bass in the music, to no avail. I had to leave the property to get some peace and quiet and to relieve the headache that it caused. The party went on until 10pm and they never turned the music or the bass down. It made for a very disappointing stay.

I booked this room online late in the evening because I missed my flight out of SAC. I called to find out if there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel & they called the driver & he was able to pick me up. Excellent service! Also provided me with some toiletry items since my luggage.had already been sent to my destination. Then got me back to airport at my requested time in the morning. This made a very.frustrating day turn into a fine day. Thanks.

Hotel was clean & comfortable & the staff were very helpful. Just hoping to have more of a variety of choices for breakfast

I think having the laundry facility open 24 hours is the better option because most customers stay longer than a day & like the convenience of washing & drying their clothes at any given time

Easy check-in, very friendly and professional front desk. Feels safe - and I feel my car is safe as well with plenty of bright lighting. Clean room and comfortable bed with several pillows available.

Needs sound insulated windows this close to the freeway.

The variety breakfast choices were amazing. There was a lot of parking area. The staff were delightful and informative. The lobby and room were very clean. Great TV options too!

The reusable shampoo, conditioner and body wash, would have preferred one time complimentary ones instead.

it was so incredibly clean, it was a recently renovated or new property. it was a REALLY nice change of pace from other various different hotel locations we have stayed at in the last year and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. we will be making this hotel a normal stop when traveling from San Diego to see family in Oregon.

I can honestly say there was not one thing we disliked about this property.

Breakfast was ok, more entree choices or side of bacon, sausage,potatoes would have been nice.

Wi-fi services didn’t work. Used to free wi-fi without membership everywhere else.

I requested an airport pickup as my flight was arriving at 10pm. I arrived and no pickup. I had to get a taxi.

The staff is amazing, friendly and always helpful. I love the breakfast in the morning, very fresh choices. This is my third stay here and it’s always awesome! Very clean and super comfortable!
