fabulous location outside of downtown Denver, amazing room, fabulous restaurant and menu, gorgeous decor

The scent in the lobby is overwhelming and the parking was minimal based on help we got front the checkin clerk. we arrived after valet had left.

Beautiful hotel, very intricate details and beautiful artwork everywhere you look.

Parking was only available on the street, we were told to park anywhere around the hotel but most of the roads have 2hr maximum parking signs so we ended up having to park 2 blocks away and walk back to the hotel after checking in.

Our room was beautiful and conducive to feeling relaxed. I liked the art—paintings everywhere in the hotel that are interesting and exceptional, no motel art in the Benson! Staff was helpful, especially a woman who helped us get a shuttle to UC med clinic where my husband needed to go. This is an excellent hotel.

The only thing we weren’t happy with were the food offerings in the restaurant. Food items we ordered tended to have too much sugar. For instance, breakfast oatmeal had so much added brown sugar we could eat much of it.. A pea salad at lunch was very good,but it unnecessarily contained bits of sweet brittle.

I would compare my stay to a Four Seasons property. Immaculate, upscale furnishings in room and common areas, friendly and attentive staff, a beautiful art collection with many seating areas throughout the lobby. The bed was super comfy, regionally appropriate comforter, lightweight down fabric. Nice robes, and luxury linens and towels. Plenty of charging plug outlets. I loved the instant gourmet coffee and water kettle vs. all other hotels offer pod type or drip coffee. Loved my stay and would definitely book here again.

A new luxurious hotel at the price of a common one. The bathroom is just amazing, and the beds are very comfortable, too. The reception looks like it comes from a 5-star hotel. The bar has an excellent selection of high-end wines.

This was the second year I stayed in this hotel, and my impression is that the restaurant does not offer food as good as it used to. Also, the female valet parking personnel was a bit annoying. Even when I stopped just for 5-10 minutes, she insisted on leaving my keys with her. I had a rented SUV so and I'm wondering who will pay for damage if something will happen to the rented vehicle if that was used by a non-authorized driver like a valet parking personnel?

Everything was super. Comfortable rooms, great bed, and kitchenette were all wonderful features of this hotel. The restaurant had delicious food and an interesting menu. The chef came to greet us at two of our meals. The separate bar was also very good and a relaxing place to chill out. Hotel also had several open areas on the first floor to relax in. We relied on the valent service which was very good. There is also another restaurant around the corner as well as a convenience store next door that also sells sandwiches. Located in a quiet area next to the UC Medical Center. Staff were super friendly and very helpful.

New modern hotel in a quiet part of Denver (Aurora district) not far from international airport. Staff is amazing, hard to find such a friendly and helpful employees. Rooms are very comfortable, bathroom is outstanding with amenities including personal scale and, luxurious finish in every detail. I don't remember I have seen bathroom that fantastic in last few years anywhere. The lobby is huge, free coffee is always available, and a well-equipped gym too. In general hotel looks like a high-end top 5* hotel for 400+ $$ a night but you pay less than half of that. I love this hotel, this is the third time I used it and I will come back every time when travel to Denver. I hope they will keep that way.

Hotel restaurants use to have better menu during my past visits, I missed this time the slow-cooked ribs which were out of this world. I ordered sea bass and it was floating in oil, it was really bad. However, tuna tiradito was outstanding. Good selection of wines and drinks in the bar. Hotel has a valet parking for 39$ overnight which is a bit too high but you can park in front of hotel on public parking lot for 25$ during 24 hours. Nobody is supervising that lot so I have no idea why I have to pay 25$ for nothing.

We discovered the Benson when we had to use the Hospital when the hotel first opened. We have returned many times as it allows a high level of comfort, fabulous food offerings in the lovely restaurant and the location is perfect when we need to travel to the airport. The location is not within walking distance of things you may be in Denver for, but the Hotel offers all we need. It is especially comfortable in the fall and winter when you want a luxurious escape. It is always the first HOTEL we contact when we travel to Denver.

Not a problem as we are usually just staying one night - but be aware there is no outdoor pool.

The excellent restaurant was only available one day out of four, due to a malfunctioning walk in. Unreliable wifi was an annoyance.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve slept in. The shower was spacious and felt very spa like. Both the restaurant staff and hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was convenient and the food albeit a little pricey, was well prepared, delicious and worth the cost. I will be staying here in the future and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The best part was it really wasn’t any more expensive than other places that wouldn’t have come close to comparing.

Parking was a little hit and miss. There was a valet but they were never on duty at any of the times I needed to park. The staff was helpful however in finding me something close by and wanted to make sure my car would be in a safe environment.
