The location was convenient to where we wanted to be, the room was clean, and the facilities were nice!

I honestly have no complaints minus the greeters, they were so rude and blunt and just made us feel so unwelcome. I get people have bad days, but it was multiple people and that was a huge downfall. Even a few days later and weve been a little caught up on that as we’ve been traveling across country for the last three weeks and that was the worse encounter we have had with employees somewhere. Minus that, everything was clean and the casino was nice etc.

We stayed in a King Deluxe room. Plenty of room. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Good location.

Check in is not until 4 pm. If you want to check in earlier, there is a fee. Our shower did not work due to hard water. The lift handle was plugged with calcification. Front desk sent a very knowledgeable maintenance worker but unfortunately we were backed up against the 11 am check out time by the time it was fixed. The front desk did refund us the $16.63 resort fee.

The hallways smelled of smoke and floors were very dirty and stained. We asked housekeeping for some towels and washcloths, and some coffee, they said it would be a few minutes and never came our entire stay. There is no microwave in the room and now to heat up food anywhere.

No food till 8am and the hotdog & pizza stand is gone and why is there no front desk agent at the desk at noon when your checkout is at 11 ? As a hotel manager@ Marriott in DTC someone really fumbled creating the schedule. Smoking patio facing Monaco the heated one the AC or whatever is noisy replace it. Your garage cameras are antiques, AC in 1116 doesn't work fix it, I swear the escalator going up to the rooms from the tables have been under repair for like ten years

Everything was new and very clean. Not too many people. Access to the hotel is directly from the garage, without going through the casino.

Didn't like the mattress - it wasn't very comfortable for me. The main issue though was that there was absolutely no stuff manning the front desk, both during my arrival (late in the evening) and during the check out. There was a sign pointing to automated kiosks saying to use them for check in. But both of them were not working. After waiting for quite a while somebody passed by and suggested to go to the front desk of another hotel in the next casino which is located on the opposite end of the same building. Not the best experience.

We stay here all of the time

There was no ice container in our room I spoke with housekeeping in spanish and English asking for a container they said they would bring my room one I could hear them talking amongst themselves saying there were no more. Nobody came to my room no body called my room for followup. This should have been resolved and it never was.

Maintenance of elevators and escalators are terrible. The call buttons on most of the elevators would not work. Sometimes had to push down button to go up. Up button completely inoperative. Escalator to go down to casino inoperative. Both of these issues are constant. Stayed here several times in last 2 months and no changes. One would think they could try to fix at least some things. Elevators reported to management on every stay.

When we arrived the check in desk was closed. Had just spent 5 hours on motorcycles in a downpour. We were instructed to get on bike and travel to next hotel to check in. What?? Luckily we ran into another hotel guest who directed us to the location we needed to check in a block away(walking). However, after walking there we discovered the elevators and escalators were not operating. Long wait to check in then had to walk all the way back to our hotel. Kudos to Phil(Horseshoe) who checked us in. He was clearly multitasking to the max and remained calm and professional despite all of the situations he was dealing with. I would have given our stay a 10 but check in not easy on this date.

Everything you need in one spot. Self serve soda and water I don’t drink so it was very nice!

The waitress didn’t ask for my players card and when I asked she was rude and said next time. I think she working there knew better and should ask everyone it was my first time still learning.

We were surprised by how easy and convenient the kiosk check-in was. Parking was plentiful, right next to elevators, and felt safe. Free drinks while you gamble at the casino!

Our only complaint was the lack of breakfast options- you have to have the unlimited buffet or wait until 11 when the restaurant opens. Wouldn't even be a negative BUT the closest McDonald's is quite a drive.
