We got a room near the entrance which we really appreciated since we had a lot of snow gear to lug in and repack for our flight. It was also across from the exercise room which three of us enjoyed. The pool was used by two poeple, with no one else there. The room itself was very well decorated, well-lit, and spacious for four people. The people at the desk were very friendly and helped us dispose of our recycling which we had brought from Winter Park.

Beer drinkers in pool/ fouled mouth talking and my 10 year old grandson swimming and hearing all they were saying geeeee- he wanted to leave not long after we got there- from the mouth of a babe!! 🥴 there were people opening the out side pool entrance side door and they may not have been Registered guest that stay here??? Just very uncomfortable trying to chill with my grandson . I’m from SC and just wanted family time!

It was very easy to get to and was easy to get on and off the highway

I felt the price was high. I did have to ask for towels when we needed them and got them immediately. But my room was only cleaned after three days.

Tammy at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. She assisted us in straightening out a reservation for a second night. All staff were courteous and offered great service. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and offered many options.

Clean. All but one employee was amazingly cheerful and helpful.

I asked for our room to be cleaned and get new towels and coffee. First I was told our room wouldn't be cleaned that day but I could get towels and coffee. The next breath she said our room was on the schedule for cleaning that day and they were just running behind. We returned later that night to an uncleaned room and no towels or coffee. We never did get clean towels or coffee. We also asked at check in to pay with my sisters crediit card instead of mine. They took the info at check-IN. Upon check-OUT it had been charged to my account anyway. We were also charged for an extra night which has been corrected. I would stay here again though - the room and breakfast were wonderful. Just had a couple hiccups.

The rooms were very clean and staff was amazing! Thank you to tammy for helping us get into our room as soon as it was available after we had driven 16 hrs overnight. Thank you again for offering breakfast aswell

Needs more parking

The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. I had my own vehicle so I didn't mind ~25min drive into downtown Denver. It's actually a really pleasant drive. The Barr lake state park nearby was a nice touch.

I really had no complaints. Just wish I could have stayed longer :)

Everything! Comfortable bed with luxurious sheets and pillows. Spacious suite with 2 TV’s (never saw that before), very clean pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was excellent! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Nothing.

I've stayed here a couple times with my family and every time the staff were very respectful and nice. We also love that it's truly a non smoking facility. Since the pandemic it's been hard to find locations that aren't trashed or filled with smoke, thank you Comfort Inn for enforcing your policy and taking care of your property. One more important note, especially for families, they also have a pack and play bed for the littler ones. This makes it so much easier to not have to worry about traveling with one or worry your little one will fall off the tall beds.

Breakfast was great, room was very nice and bed was comfy! Liked having a map light by the beds.

Need more trash cans in the room, or at least a little bigger one. Was disappointed the hot tub was down because that was one of the reasons I booked at this motel. Really didn't care for the glass windows in the bathroom door, at night when someone used the bathroom the light from in there lit up the room.
