everything , the wonderful people that are the staff, the convenient location to the freeway systems and even though its directly under the airport flight path it has an aura of peace . I don’t think there’s anywhere else that would have made us , including our rambunctious one year old Red Setter puppy as welcome as the staff here did. In short , we loved it so much thar from now on it will be our first choice for where to stay in Denver .

One thing, far too much chlorine and chemicals in the indoor pool. While I understand that sanitation is important, the concentration was so heavy it irritated my skin to the point of being extremely itchy that only subsided after intense showering.

clean, tidy and spacious room. Front desk staff were really engaged and helpful. I was a little sceptical as the photos looked computer generated but it was all above board. The breakfast was also a treat, coffee, juices, yoghurt, a waffle machine and a few baked goods too.

A double edged sword, great location and easy to get onto the highway for a quick connection to the airport (30 mins) however, this did mean road noise (not a lot, but enough to disturb a light sleeper)

My parents prefer this hotel chain over all others. They like the cleanliness and accommodations that are made for those with disabilities. Breakfast is good.

I booked this for my parents and when they went to the property they were unable to change the payment method and they had trouble checking in even with the reservation number.

Nice, well-maintained facility. Great breakfast, comfortable bed, reasonably quiet. Several restaurants within walking distance. Good front desk staff.

Only 1 of 2 elevators was working, and that one was as slow as any elevator every created. When the hotel was full, the wait for an elevator was ridiculous. I stayed for 2 weeks. The first week, my room was cleaned the day after I arrived, but that was it. The second week, I asked if my room could be cleaned, and it was -- once. The sheets weren't changed during my entire stay.

The cleanliness, excellent staff, great breakfast.

On the first night my husband got up in the morning to go to the bathroom and got locked in. I had to pass a butter knife through the door so he could get out and no one was here to help except the lady at the front desk and she couldn't leave the desk thankfully he got out with a butter knife but I think that the housekeeper could have clearly seen that the latch was broken and could have told maintenance before we arrived and a metal light fixture was hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen that shouldn't have been and could have fallen and hit somebody in the head. There was also only 1 elevator for 1/2 our stay and the other half there was none...

Friendly staff and great room and amenities

I have been trying to get a receipt emailed to me for the parking I added on day 2 of my stay. After multiple emails back and forward I still do not have the correct receipt, in fact I have now been ignored for over a week on my last email.

I do not know the man’s name, but he was a black man with longer hair and was there in the mornings; he was very friendly and helpful.

I asked two different mornings for housekeeping to come and bring new towels and body wash/conditioner and both times no one came. The first time I had to go downstairs at night to ask for clean towels and the body wash/conditioner and the man at the front was kind of rude and told me here’s towels, but you’ll have to wait for body wash/conditioner tomorrow.

This property was a wonderful surprise. The room was basically a small, comfortable apartment. Welcoming staff and quiet accommodations. The breakfast exceeded my expectations.

Nothing comes to mind.

Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help. The facility was very clean and I really enjoyed using "real"dishes as opposed to plastic. The free breakfast was better than most.

We usually know what to expect when we book and no surprises.We had a good stay except for the brown water in all areas where water was accessible.

We were not happy about having brown water.
