This was by far one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. This place was spotless. The room was spacious and the decor was nice. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff was great. They went above and beyond to interact with my toddler. The breakfast was excellent! Two different kinds of waffles, fresh fruit, muffins, oatmeal, omelets. The toppings available for everything was awesome. The coffee was hot. The pool was great (wish the water was a tad warmer). Really the only thing they could improve is bigger juice glasses and bigger pool towels. I was very impressed with this hotel, and the price point was amazing.

The size of the juice cups at breakfast were teeny tiny. Almost everyone I saw was using the coffee cups, which is such a waste. The pool towels were also teeny tiny. I had to use three to dry my toddler off enough to walk back to the room.

The facility was very clean and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially liked having the view of the horses on the back side of the building.

The breakfast was adequate, but not on par with other Hampton Inns that we have stayed at. The location was out of the way for many of the places that we wanted to visit during our stay. This was our fault in not knowing the area and not that of the hotels.

Conveniently located within an hour drive Denver Airport and Colorado Springs where we needed to travel. Lots of food varieties nearby as well.

My husband and I both slipped in the shower, ( showering separately ) We realized very quickly that the tub floor was extremely slippery. Just needed to be extra careful exiting the shower. Also, it would have been nice to open the window for some fresh air.

The front desk staff was so friendly and very helpful which is always a plus. The breakfast was good. Enjoyed it every morning of our stay. The view wasn't the best thought I'd see mountains, but a good location. Enjoyed our stay!

If I have to say anything it would be the bed. It wasn't that comfy to me, but of course it's always personal preference.

My son & I both commented on how good the room smelled each time we walked into the room (like a new home smell) The staff were all very kind each time we saw them. The continental breakfast was awesome! One of the nicest I've ever been to,

The only negative thing I encountered was I was awakened by the sound of a dog barking on several mornings. I wasn't sure if it was inside the hotel or outside.

The best thing about this property was being greeted by a very friendly desk clerk, then being asked by the manager if everything was alright when we checked out. Very few hotels have this type of genuine friendliness and caring. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Everything was perfect!!!

The hotel was within minutes of our daughter's house.

Not enough choice on the TV channels. Luckily, we stayed at our daughter's house for the whole day..

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had to shorten our stay and they worked great with booking. Breakfast was good, comfortable beds, and you actually get to control the temperature in your room. Many places throttle it!

Everything breakfast was great beds were great staff was great

New construction debris still on walls in rooms. I wiped my hand across the wall and came up white. And debris fell. Their construction cleaners missed a lot. This hotel is brand new. I hope they keep staff who appreciate it and tries to keep nice

Didn’t eat any breakfast. Staff was excellent in and out. Was offered breakfast in my way out at 5:30am. Just wanted a break from visiting family during Christmas. Young lady at the front desk was super nice and welcoming. On my exit new lady was just as nice. I would definitely stay again. New building.
