The staff was professional and friendly! Our lodging was spacious and very clean. I recommend this property for family lodging and great location. Breakfast was awesome with multiple choices to choose from.

We had a hard time finding our room in the beginning but that was it!

I liked the size of all the rooms: the kitchen, the bathroom area, the living room and bed area. There was plenty of room for both my daughter and me to live comfortably for an entire week without falling over each other. This is not a high-end hotel for discerning guests. HOWEVER, everything was as new as could be, everything worked, water for shower was hot when needed, nothing leaked, more than enough closet space. Very happy with our "apartment" so close to the front lobby for added security for us ladies. My daughter like to stand on the balcony and watch the sunrise and sunset, and chuckle over the kids and teens that played in the parking lot or passing by, talking loud like they usually do.

Because the "apartment" was on the ground floor (sincere thank you), and that there was another "apartment" right next door, there were times that it got a little noisy. Other than that the typical noises from the city were evident, people talking in the parking (not at an inappropriate hour), sirens, sometimes traffic. Definitely not unbearable.

I love the price I love the location.

I didnt like being told when i checked in the next night That because my daughter threw up they had to throw all the towels away. That the log in the fire place was still burning at 3pm. The logs are 3 to 4 hrs burn time and the night before we put it out with water before we went to bed. Then she said the house keeping found a pet spot. Which was actually where my daughter (7yo) was running to the bathroom to vomit and I cleaned it best i could at 330am. When speaking with the lady at the desk you could tell she was getting upset when i was telling her the actual things that they were.

Loved the large space for my family to relax. Having 3 beds and 2 baths was better than home where we only have 1 bath.

The air conditioning didn't seem to work very well. Didn't complain because we weren't there during the day. Leaving the door open a bit for a while before bedtime worked fine.

I loved everything! We stayed in a one bedroom with 2 queen beds and bath with a loft that has king bed and a bath. The room came with a fully equipped kitchen, full sized fridge and living room with a couch that folds out into a bed! The rooms were clean, and had enough room for all 6 of us without being on top of each other. The staffs were nice, helpful, and professionals! We stayed there for 5 days. The location was close to restaurants, parks, mall, and grocery stores. Everything was a 5-10 minutes drive which was perfect! Highly recommended and we will be coming back for sure!!!

The proximity to the busy road sometimes makes you hear the traffic at night but it’s not a deal breaker.

The rooms were large, the little kitchen was a nice addendum and the bathroom was clean and large. We also were amazed by the breakfast, which was not only very opulent with many choices (hot and cold) but also comprised washable plates and not only throw-away tableware.

The staff were all very friendly. The rooms were big with plenty of room for everyone. The breakfast each morning was amazing. Great stay!

Staff at the property are really nice and very friendly. Tericia at the front desk went above to accommodate us and work some magic when we had a change in plans and needed to extend our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook including a full size fridge, stove and dishwasher. Even though in some places the property looks worn it was clean. And we noticed they they are doing renovations currently on this property and replacing carpets and more.

For an extended stay, the couches were very uncomfortable.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable and the location was a bit further from activities than I realized.

My husband, myself and our dog called this location home for a week. For amenities such as the king suite (so not just the bed but also a sofa and chair), kitchenette and pet friendly, this property was the best “bang for our buck” that I could find. We really enjoyed that even though a hot breakfast wasn’t available, the grab and go’s were filled with a breakfast sandwich, muffins, juice and sometimes fruit or a granola bar. We also enjoyed being able to cook at home, there was plenty of grass areas for our dog to go potty, and staff was always friendly.

The room was a little more dated than the photos online showed, but was comfortable and appeared to be clean. Several nights were loud due to neighbors and the street outside, but that wasn’t something that hotel staff could control.
