The location was great, walking distance to several restaurants. Beautiful downtown area.

They need more staff in the hotel restaurant. We tried eating there for breakfast one morning and they only had 1 waitress(who was also hostess) and 1 cook. When we ordered, the waitress told us about only having 1 cook in the kitchen and there were 15 orders in front of us so it might take a while. We didn’t have time to wait that long so we left to find a different place to eat. The waitress was super sweet and we appreciated her honesty. We felt bad for her that she didn’t have any help.

The staff was great. The hottub is open 24 hrs. So I didn't feel rushed to get back at a certain time just to soak. Rooms were nice. The shower has great water pressure and no hot water issues. Beds were comfortable.

The bedding is crunchy. It sounded like tissue paper crinkling every time I moved. It kept me up a lot throughout the night. Housekeeping staff was talking so loud, starting at 830am. I wasn't able to sleep in. In the room across from us with the door open and in the hall it echos and it was very loud. Maybe have a talk with them about people are resting and to keep their voices to a minimum.

Almost everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff especially was wonderful. The room we were in was just wonderful and the view was breathtaking.

There are two things that I would suggest be improved on.1- the bathtub was very slippery when taking a shower. My suggestion is to put some thing down. That's a little grippy or rough so if someone doesn't slip and fall. 2- the TV was extremely confusing and I could not find any local channels NBC, ABC, CBS, or Fox. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

The surrounding area and parking situation.

The location was fantastic. We could walk to all kinds of wonderful restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely focused on the guests and went out of their way for us. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The shower..... oh the amazing shower! Best hotel shower EVER! Water pressure was fabulous.... old school ... rinses all the conditioner out. Hot water too. They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash already in the shower but they also had shelves to put your own toiletries on. There was not one thing to dislike. Best hotel of our 14 day travels from Georgia to Colorado and back.

That I couldn't stay there longer. Had to go on to Estes Park.

The room was clean and spacious. The size of the TV was excellent as was refrigerator used for our delicious leftovers from the on-site restaurants. Even better is that you were able to bring up a microwave! In terms of amenities, we used the indoor pool and game room. Again very fun clean and nice for our boys.

These are non issues, but worth mentioning- ONE) The room decor was dated and TWO) the hot tub was out of order.

Traditional hotel with great staff and an excellent location. Easy walk to downtown bars and restaurants. Very accommodating staff. The hotel is a bit old and dated however this gives it charm and character and feels like a proper personal hotel rather than some generic chain.

Nothing really - rooms are a little dated but that's all.

Everything was located in the property where you really didn’t even need to leave the property at all

The waitress in Sportivo I ordered a pizza to go so didn’t leave a tip since I wasn’t eating there but she must have changed the amount by $5 than what I know I left on the bill so I need to call the mama tomorrow when he’s in so he can fix that. Shouldn’t have a waitress like her working in the property.

A little dated, but classy, room and beds, very comfortable, central location, food in the sports bar, excellent and breakfast at the grill, very good, valet was great.

The gift shop was closed all 5 days we were there, they could have made a lot more money if it was open. We found a gift shop about a couple of long blocks away.

We really loved our stay here over Thanksgiving. The mountain view is beautiful and changes every hour, it is the best view ever! We walked to lots of nice restaurants and bars. We had 4 people in the room and it was large enough for us with 4 large pieces of luggage.

We could not get the room cool. It seems the heat was on and we could not get the a/c on. We did have maintenance stop by to fix it and we came back to the thermostat set on 86 so that did not help. Parking was $17 a day in a really complicated attached parking garage. They can't fix the parking garage but they could reduce the price of parking.
