Everything was great. I really thought the lending libraries were a very nice touch, and the next time we are visiting family in Craig, we will absolutely come back. Room was very clean, very comfortable, loved the kitchenette. Staff was friendly and helpful.
My only suggestion is very small, I would have liked another outlet near the bed for my phone and tablet, but not a deal-breaker. Everything else was perfect.

Up graded to a suite as I was there for 21 days. The room was fantastic 👏 clean, roomey and great wi fi 😀. Highly recommend this place.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was nice and friendly.
The walls were really thin and we could hear (and feel the vibrations of) the upstairs neighbor's alarm. The mattress was sinking in the middle but no big deal.

they would not refund 4 days of my room after I had to leave early. trip was booked through booking and no refund for leaving early was not on the confirmation info

The cleaning was second to none, i have never seen a place so spotless. and 3/3 staff members that i met snd dealt with were all lovely, in particular megan!

Location was very convenient, rooms were very clean , huge layout with living room and separate bedroom. Kitchen was nicely appointed and a great addition.

Front desk personnel was so nice. Room was super clean & had all the necessities.
Elevator broke. Thankfully on our check out day because we were on the 3rd floor.
