Comfortable room (adorable little window seat) and a great view. Location is right off the interstate so it is very convenient. Breakfast was fine (no hot food other than the waffles), and no pool but both those things were not a big deal and expected.

This is a very weird/minor complaint, but the microwave clock, crack under the door, and blinking smoke alarm were extremely bright in a dark room. We had to find electrical tape to temporarily cover the microwave clock and put a towel under the door to get some sleep. We also didn't notice the refrigerator was set to freeze and lost the bulk of our food.

Location, and simple but functional and efficient furniture and decor in the room. The counter under the TV had a narrow shelf to stash stuff.

At the free breakfast, the coffee machine was not working, they only had decaf coffee. The bathrooms had no counter space and so had to put makeup and hair stuff next to the sink on the floor. I put it on a towel.

The location is easily accessible from the highway. We had a great view of the mountain. There are plenty of good restaurants around. The room are clean and comfortable.

We had to inform the room maid to clean the room if we happen to see them. Or else to inform the reception. There was a time when we had to take new towels from the reception.

While we didn’t use it much the lobby was very welcoming. We lucked out and were placed on the first floor with a side door entrance/exit.

The shower was not designed very efficiently and the water often puddled outside the shower onto the floor - which could be very slippery. We just kept our used towels as a bath mat.

Reachable from the Denver Airport by shuttle to the neighboring Holiday Inn, and within walking distance of the convention center. The room was clean and comfortable with quiet HVAC, and the price was attractive.

Would have liked heartier breakfast option—scrambled eggs, perhaps. Also, coffee could be stronger. Not too many restaurant option nearby for pedestrians, but that wouldn't matter to most people.

It was clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful and it didn't smell.

We were in an accessible room, but the bed was so high I couldn't get in or out of it without assistance from my husband, which meant I had to wake him him frequently. The bedding was nice, but it was very lightweight. It was typical of nearly every hotel we've stayed in in recent years, but I wish it had had one more blanket or a heavier one.

Clean and close to what we needed.

Lack of privacy. With a do not disturb sign on the door, we got a knock from housekeeping. We kindly said no thank you. Came back a few hours later and the room was clean. Apparently, do not disturb means something else to them. 🤷‍♀️

Easily accessible from highway, lots of nice restaurants nearby, petrol kiosk and grocery stores within short drive.

The room are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had healthy spreads. The staffs are friendly.

The hotel was clean as well as the rooms. Beds are comfortable even has a fitness room and breakfast but no meat like bacon or sausage but other than that my family and enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast didn’t have scrambled eggs or any breakfast meats.

Clean, quiet, nice parking, lovely lobby.

We requested a ground floor room, which still wasn’t ready at nearly 5 p.m. They did give us a nice room on the third floor which was lovely but the lights over the desk/table were missing. Other than that, great room.
