Very friendly welcome! Check in was greeted with a smile and friendly service very easy check in and out. Pool is a decent size (they also had floaties and beach balls for the kiddos), hot tub was also a decent size and very hot, vending machines were well stocked, breakfast was delicious (eggs, sausage, Chile, biscuits & gravy, plus normal continental breakfast (muffins,cereal,ECT). We had 2 rooms both passed my mom's bed bug inspection 😂 super clean mattresses and comfortable as can be. They also have a gym and laundry facilities upstairs. Lots of parking.

Only negatives for me were the pillows are too big and hard and they didn't have potatoes with breakfast (one of my favorites!) lol so really nothing huge ! Oh also I didn't like they have like an outdoor carpet for the pool area (but also a good thing because it's not slippery ) I just didn't like how it felt on my feet lol but again that's just my personal preference/opinion.

The breakfast was good with many choices. Unfortunately, the choices were not enough quantity for all the guests on a weekend. The food ran out way before the guests did. Of course, one day a track team showed up and all food disappeared and left guests wondering what had happened. The room was clean and comfortable with ample room . The coffee pot was nice.

The refrigerator in the room seemed not to be working. As we left, we noticed a light switch by the door that said "Fridge" Maybe the fridge could have had a note on it to let us know it would work.

Newly refurbished hotel. Great beds, pillows and bedding. Very clean. Great bathroom. Staff were great. The pool wasn't quite open yet, but you could see it was going to be nice. Continental breakfast.

We wish there had been an elevator, though we were already aware there was not one. You can always request a room on the first floor.

This is a really nice 2 star motel with a fine breakfast counter. Coffee , fridg and microwave in the room. Strong hot shower

Well it does have any water in the pool or the hot tub. Also no elevator to get your heavy bag to the second floor. Even on the second floor, window only opens 3 inches. Ahhh Unfortunate beach ball pillows

. Some employees were friendlier than others.

The breakfast was ok. Nothing special. It seemed like they didn't plan for a busy weekend and didn't have enough food for their customers. Multiple times, people had to go outside where the employee was outside smoking his pipe and ask for more eggs and sausage.

I stayed last year before the renovations started. The updated room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast choices were good. Hotel was quiet even with the construction in the other wing. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. I'll be staying again.

It was amazing to finally find a room that fit our family. Having a bunk bed, a sofa bed and a king bed let us accommodate all the kiddos without anyone having to sleep on the floor! More hotels should have rooms with bunk beds for kids. It is really helpful and awesome. The room was nice and large also, and everything was clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast included Belgian waffles and enough other food.

We didn't have time for a swim anyway, but the pool was drained and it looked like it was being redone while we were there.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Very accommodating, we arrived early than check in time and they had no problem arranging early check-in for us.

My kinds were kind of disappointed that their pool is no longer operating. Last time we stayed there it was closed due to COVID which was expected. This time we thought it would be reopened but it was still closed.

The location was great. We didn't get breakfast at the Inn for various reasons. We came for the Crane Festival and the Inn was located very close to the Ski-Hi facility.

I have no complaints, but for the fact that the location of the ice machine (which I use frequently) was in such a weird place, considering that our room was #403. Not a big deal but inconvenient.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. Also good breakfast and finally hot offerings. Very enjoyable stay near the Monte Vista National Wildlife Refuge to see the annual Sandhill Crane migration. Will be staying again.
